Action Baseball 17U Markee defeated Arlington A’s Navy 2019, 4-2, in Game 1 from Brewer. Player of the game was Brandon Deleon. He went 1-4 with one RBI. Pitcher of the game was Clay Hayen. He threw six innings striking out two with three hits, no walks, and no earned runs.

In Game 2 from Brewer, WT Elite Gaines defeated C3 Futures Worley, 8-4. Oscar Nino was player of the game after going 2-2 with two runs batted in and one run scored.

In Game 3 from Brewer, Premier Baseball Futures 2020 Mitchell beat Marucci Elite Texas 2019 Rodriguez, 8-3. Dillon Chapa went four innings striking out nine with four hits and one walk. He was named player of the game. Hitter of the game was Victor Hernandez. He went 2-2 with two home runs, two runs batted in and two runs scored.

In Game 2 from Jesuit, D-BAT Elite McGhee defeated Premier Baseball Futures 2020 Mathis, 7-1. Jackson Stroud threw five innings striking out eight with two hits and no runs allowed on his way to player of the game. Hitter of the game was Lukas Loran. He went 2-2 with a double, one RBI and one run scored. Also to note, Kadon Morton went 1-2 with one double and two runs batted in. PBF’s Noah Smith went 2-4 with one stolen base. D-BAT’s Luke Stein was solid at third making a great play on a full extension dive down the line.

Also to note, Cade Currington went 2-2 with two doubles, two runs batted in and two runs scored.

Academy Select 17U Hayes beat Action Baseball 17U Jackson, 7-2, in Game 4 from Jesuit. Ryan Bogusz threw seven innings striking out seven on his way to player of the game. Kevin Smith went 2-3 with two doubles, two runs batted in, two runs scored, and one stolen base. Smith was named hitter of the game.

In Game 5 from Jesuit, Dallas Patriots 17U Stout defeated Premier Baseball Futures 2019 Millan, 16-2. Miller Ladusau went 3-3 with two doubles, one triple, four runs batted in and two runs scored. He was named player of the game. Pitcher of the game was Braden Carmichael. HE threw three one-hit innings striking out four. Also to note, Cooper Cornblum went 3-3 with three runs scored and one stolen base. Nolan Rodriguez went 2-3 with two runs batted in, three runs scored and one stolen base.

John Paul II

In Game 1 from John Paul II, Marucci Elite Texas 2019 Ryan beat NTXBC Dirtbags Woods, 2-0. Player of the game was Jake Arthur who threw six innings striking out three with two hits and no earned runs allowed. Hitter of the game was Stone Simmons. He went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and two stolen bases.

Marucci Elite Texas 2019 Thistletwaite defeated Pro Source 18U Breeding, 9-6, in Game 2 from John Paul II. Ross Selvaggi went 2-4 with a double and three runs batted in on his way to player of the game. Also to note, Benjamin Greer went 2-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored. Connor Martin threw four wonderful innings in relief. He gave up no runs and struck out four.

Stix 2019 Page beat South Texas Sliders RGV 17U, 4-3, in Game 3 from John Paul II. Wylan Kolts went 3-3 with two runs scored and was named player of the game. Also to note, Hagen Coin went 2-3 with one RBI.

In Game 4 from John Paul II, Premier Baseball Futures 2019 Nixon held off Rawlings Arkansas Prospects Roberson, 3-1. Kameron Peterson threw four no-hit innings striking out two on his way to player of the game. Also to note, Brandon Hendrix threw three shutout innings with three strikeouts,

Rockwall Heath

In Game 1 from Rockwall Heath, Action 17U Ramos narrowly defeated Dallas Redhawks, 1-0. Aidan Seligman went all seven innings striking out seven batters with four hits given up. He was named player of the game. Also to note, Josh Wood went six innings striking out six with three hits and one earned run.

OK Fuel 2019 beat Texas Kings Baseball, 12-0, in Game 2 from Rockwall Heath. Jack Hammond went 2-3 with a double, a home run, three runs batted in, and one stolen base. He was named player of the game. Pitcher of the game was Hayden Tallman He threw four no-hit innings striking out just as many (4). Also to note, Fuel’s Allen Shibley went 2-4 with one triple and two runs batted in. For the Kings, Nick Birdwell threw five innings striking out five with four hits and two earned runs.

In Game 3 from Rockwall Heath, Texas Prime defeated Cavemen Munzo, 12-7. Jackson Hydorn went 3-4 with one RBI on his way to player of the game Co-hitter of the game was Austin Dean who went 2-4 with one double and three runs batted in. Alexander Olivo went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. He was named the other co-hitter of the game. Also to note, Landry Pedroza went 2-3 with one triple and two runs batted in.
