In Game 1 from Mid America Christian, Lubbock Baseball Academy Walden outmatched Slammers Ferguson, 11-3. Riley Kettner was dominant on the mound and took home player of the game honors. Kettner racked up 10 punchouts and allowed only three hits in six innings of work.

In Game 2 from Mid America Christian, NTX Elite McCrummen bested Extra Effort, 10-4. Hudson Parker was named player of the game after a solid outing on the mound. Parker struck out four in five innings as he kept Extra Effort’s bats at bay.

In Game 3 from Mid America Christian, MVP Seng outlasted Lubbock Baseball Academy Walden, 2-1. Jett Lodes impressed on the mound and at the plate as he took home player of the game honors. Lodes allowed only one hit in three scoreless innings of work and added three punchouts. Also to note, Caden Favors and Aaron Molina were both spectacular in their outings on the mound. Favors struck out seven in six innings while Molina fanned six in seven innings of work.

In Game 4 from Mid America Christian, MVP Seng topped NTX Elite McCrummen, 12-2 in the 17U Championship game at the Five Tool Oklahoma College Classic. Colby Entwistle was named player of the game after kickstarting MVP Seng’s offense with a three-run home run.

Seminole JC

In Game 1 from Seminole JC, MVP 2023 outmatched Colorado Yard Dawgs Bates. 15-5. Carson Moore was named player of the game after doing a little bit of everything at the plate. Moore tallied a double, drove in two runs, walked three times, scored twice, and also stole a base in MVP’s big win. Also to note, Eli Hill was 1-2 with two RBI and also scored three runs.

In Game 2 from Seminole JC, Premier OKC Athletics 15U Navy outlasted MVP 2023, 6-3 in the 15U Championship of the Five Tool Oklahoma College Classic. Colby Mann had a nice showing on the mound and was named player of the game.Mann tallied four strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work. Also to note, Aidan Henderson was 1-3 with a triple and two RBI. Brittain Brewer also added two hits and scored twice.

In Game 3 from Seminole JC, MVP 16U Bandy outlasted Lubbock Baseball Academy Fannin, 4-2 in the 16U Championship game of the Five Tool Oklahoma College Classic. Connor Goodson was named player of the game after a solid outing on the mound. Goodson struck out six in 4.1 innings of work. Also to note, Kale Miller was 3-3 with a run scored. Owen Tracy also had two hits and a triple.
