Houston Athletics Gold 16U tied Fort Worth Cats White 16U, 6-6, in Game 1 from Air Hogs Stadium. Carson Keithley went 2-3 with one home run, one RBI, and one run scored and was the player of the game. Trent Cook went 2-4 with one double and was the hitter of the game. Daniel Garza was the pitcher of the game. Garza struck out six and allowed three earned runs in six innings of work.

South Texas Sliders RGV 16U tied Fort Worth Cats Grey 16U, 7-7, in Game 2 from Air Hogs Stadium. Hector Garcia went 2-2 with a grand slam, four runs batted in, and one run scored and was the player of the game. David Lopez went 3-3 with one RBI and one run scored and was the hitter of the game.

Houston Athletics Gold 16U defeated South Texas Sliders RGV 16U, 9-0, in Game 3 from Air Hogs Stadium. Gavin Huson allowed just two hits and struck out seven hitters in a seven inning shutout and was the player of the game. Connor Dunham went 1-3 with one home run, one RBI, two runs scored, one stolen base, and one walk and was the hitter of the game.

Fort Worth Cats Grey 16U defeated Fort Worth Cats White 16U, 6-4, in Game 4 from Air Hogs Stadium. Holden Hiley went 3-3 with one double, one RBI, and one run scored and was the player of the game. Riley Sands went 1-3 with two runs batted in, one run scored, and one stolen base. Kooper Shook went 1-2 with one triple, two runs batted in, and was hit by a pitch.

Jesuit HS

C3 Futures Capps defeated NTXBC Dirtbags 15U, 7-6, in Game 1 from Jesuit HS. Wesley Jordan went 2-3 with two runs batted in, two runs scored, and one stolen base. Jordan was the player of the game. Clayton Jenkins went 2-4 with one double and one run scored and was the hitter of the game. Benjamin McDonald (2-4 with two runs batted in) and Blake Hadsell (2-2 with one double and one run scored) also had solid performances.

Melissa 1

NWA Prospects Stephenson defeated Lone Star Baseball Moench, 5-2, in Game 1 from Melissa 1. Blaise Wittschen went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in and was the player of the game.

Dallas Tigers Hernandez 16U tied PTC Aces Jennings, 4-4, in Game 2 from Melissa 1. Trace Blue struck out seven hitters and allowed just one hit and one earned run in five innings of work. Blue was the player of the game.

Frozen Ropes Thornton defeated Performance Baseball Texas 16U, 2-1, in Game 3 from Melissa 1. Jack Hagen pitched three perfect innings in relief and struck out three hitters. Hagan was the player of the game.

Dallas Tigers Ethridge defeated Stix 2020 Broughton, 8-5, in Game 4 from Melissa 1. Logan Titsworth was the player of the game. Titsworth struck out three  hitters and allowed two earned runs in five innings of work.

Melissa 2

Arlington A’s Grey 2020 defeated Dallas Tigers Ethridge, 10-5, in Game 1 from Melissa 2. Elijah San Juan went 2-3 with two runs batted in and was the player of the game. Tyler Darnell went 1-2 with two runs batted in and one run scored.

Lone Star Baseball RJ defeated NWA Prospects Stephenson, 10-0, in Game 2 from Melissa 2. Jack Lopez went 3-3 with two doubles, two runs batted in, and three runs scored and was the player of the game.

ABA Blue 16U defeated McKinney Marshals Hadeler, 7-3, in Game 3 from Melissa 2. Mitchell Szcygiel went 2-2 with one double and one RBI and was the player of the game. Nate Sanchez went 1-2 with one double and two runs batted in.

Dallas Patriots Sherard defeated Thrive Haugen, 6-4, in Game 4 from Melissa 2. Brandon Nations went 1-3 with a grand slam. He also allowed six hits and struck out six hitters in six innings of work and was the player of the game.

Dulins Dodgers TX Prime 2020 defeated C3 Futures Van Poppel, 9-5, in Game 1 from Melissa 3. Trent Warstler went 2-3 with two home runs, three runs batted in, and two runs scored and was the player of the game.

D-BAT Gavin tied Arlington A’s Grey 2020, 10-10, in Game 2 from Melissa 3. Brandan Concannon went 2-4 with two doubles and three runs batted in. He was the player of the game.

Lone Star Baseball Moench and Dallas Patriots Brooks played to a 5-5 tie in Game 3 from Melissa 3. Korson Hastings went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in and was the player of the game.

Marucci Elite Texas Biggers defeated D-BAT McDonald, 4-3, in Game 4 from Melissa 3. Aidan Griggsby went 2-2 with one run batted in and was the player of the game.

Southwest Christian

Dallas Mustangs 2020 defeated NTXBC Dirtbags Moreland, 9-8, in Game 1 from Southwest Christian. Geoff Marlow went 1-2 with two runs batted in, one run scored, and one walk and was the player of the game. Evan O’Daniel struck out seven and allowed four hits and three runs in four innings of work. He was the pitcher of the game.

Marucci Elite Texas Thames defeated Oklahoma Instructs 16U, 11-1, in Game 2 from Southwest Christian. Mac Horvath went 4-4 with two doubles, three runs batted in, and four runs scored and was the player of the game. Jackson Rodriguez struck out six and allowed just three hits and one run in four innings of work and was the pitcher of the game. Will Pendergrass went 2-2 with two doubles, three runs batted in, and one walk.

Marucci Elite Texas Thames defeated Dallas Mustangs 2020, 9-6, in Game 3 from Southwest Christian. Trey Maeker was the player of the game. Maeker went 2-3 with one home run, one double, four runs batted in, and one run scored. Mason Schulz allowed just four hits and two earned runs in 4.1 innings of work and was the pitcher of the game. Sebastian Pichardo went 2-3 with one double, two runs batted in, and one run scored.

NTXBC Dirtbags 16U defeated Oklahoma Instructs 16U, 12-4, in Game 4 from Southwest Christian. Jordan Wilkerson went 2-3 with one double, three runs batted in, and one run scored and was the player of the game. Geoff Marlow went 1-2 with one double, two runs batted in, and two runs scored.

TCU

In the first 16U semi-final game from TCU, Dallas Tigers Arias held of Stix 2020 Heitz, 2-1. Tigers left-handed pitcher Brock Pacheco went 6.2 strong innings giving up just one run in the bottom of the last inning on his way to the victory. He struck out three and was named player of the game. Hitter of the game was Tigers catcher Tyson Pointer. He went 1-2 with a double, one RBI and one run scored. Also to note, Ryan Patterson went 2-3 with two doubles and one stolen base. Stix’s Jack Quinn was 1-2 with one double and one RBI.

In the second 16U semi-final from TCU, Arkansas Prospects 16U Menard beat Academy Select Baseball Ingram, 4-2. Player of the game was Marcus Brown who threw five innings striking out just as many (5) with two earned and one walk. Hitter of the game was Braydn Clark who went 2-2 with a double, one RBI and one run scored. Also to note, Houston King went 2-3 with a double, one triple, one RBI, and one run scored while Cayden Wallace went 1-2 with one RBI and one run scored.

Lone Star Baseball Pena 15U defeated OK Fuel 15U in the 15U championship game. Cooper Babcock went 2-4 with four runs batted in and one run scored and was the player of the game. Other notable performers were Isaac Lopez (2-2 with one RBI and two runs scored) and Matthew Gauna (2-4 with three runs scored).

Arkansas Prospects 16U Menard defeated Dallas Tigers Arias, 11-1, in the 16U championship game. Clayton Gray went 2-2 with one double, one RBI, two runs scored, and one stolen base and was named player of the game. Gavin Glasgow allowed just one earned run in five innings of work. Glasgow struck out three hitters and was the pitcher of the game.

UTA

North Texas Longhorns defeated D-BAT Elite North Dallas, 3-2, in Game 1 from UTA. Ethan Bedgood went 1-3 with one double and three runs batted in and was the player of the game. Luke Savage was clocked at 90MPH on the mound with Pocket Radar.

Weatherford

Dallas Tigers Hernandez 15U defeated Lubbock Raiders 15U, 8-7, in Game 1 from Weatherford College. Ryan Johnson went 2-2 with one triple, one double, one walk, and one stolen base and was the player of the game. Ryan Walker went 2-3 with two runs batted in, one run scored, and one stolen base. Cade Bingham went 1-2 with two runs batted in and one walk.

Nebraksa Sluggers defeated Lubbock Raiders 15U, 13-2, in Game 2 from Weatherford College. Eric Mustard allowed six hits and two runs (zero earned) in five innings of work and was the player of the game.

Dallas Mustangs Sharp defeated Fort Worth Cats White 15U, 3-2, in Game 3 from Weatherford College. Todd Baffa went 2-3 with two runs and was hit by a pitch. Baffa was the player of the game. Creed Willems pitched two scoreless innings and struck out two hitters.
