Baylor University

North Texas Longhorns defeated Dallas Mustangs 2020, 4-1, in Game 1 from Baylor University. Ethan Jeske struck out eight and allowed six hits and zero earned runs in a complete game win. Jeske was the player of the game. Dalton Beck went 3-3 with one double, three runs batted in, and one stolen base and was the hitter of the game. Ethan Bedgood went 2-3 with one RBI, one run scored, and one stolen base. He also threw out a base runner trying to steal a base.

Odessa Rage defeated McKinney Marshals Hadeler, 11-3, in Game 2 from Baylor University. Isaiah Flores struck out four and allowed three runs in a complete game win. Flores was named player of the game. Aleck Villa went 2-3 with one double, two runs batted in, and one walk and was the hitter of the game. Caden Bedrick (2-3 with two runs batted in and two runs scored) and Austin Testerman (1-3 with one double and two runs batted in) also had notable performances.

Waco Storm Astros defeated Dallas Mustangs Davis, 3-1, in Game 3 from Baylor University. Jordan Tindell struck out six hitters and allowed just two hits and zero earned runs in a complete game win. Tindell was the player of the game. Joseph Redfield successfully stole home.

Dallas Tigers Ethridge defeated Hill Country Monarchs Train, 3-1, in Game 4 from Baylor University. Gabe Cortez went 2-3 with one triple, one RBI, and one run scored and was the player of the game. Blake Anderson struck out all six hitters he faced in two perfect innings and was the pitcher of the game.

Connally HS

Performance Baseball Texas 17U defeated TPU Thomas, 10-6, in Game 1 from Connally HS. Angel Rodriguez went 1-2 with one home run, four runs batted in, and two runs scored and was the player of the game. Kris Shumaker went 1-3 with one double, three runs batted in, and one stolen base and was the hitter of the game.

Richard Austin Baseball Cannons defeated Dallas Mustangs Furnish, 8-4, in Game 2 from Connally HS. Aidan Davis went 2-3 with two doubles, two runs scored, one walk, and two stolen bases. Davis was the player of the game. Aaron Hunter went 2-3 with two runs batted in, one run scored, and one stolen base.

Dallas Mustangs Furnish defeated TPU Thomas, 12-5, in Game 3 from Connally HS. Porter Hardcastle went 2-4 with one triple, one double, two runs batted in, one run scored, and one stolen base and was the player of the game. Josh Fernandez went 2-3 with two home runs, three runs batted in, and two runs scored and was the hitter of the game. Evan Starr went 2-3 with two runs batted in, two runs scored, one walk, and two stolen bases.

Crawford HS

MBA Carolina Blue defeated Prospect United Yolevich, 8-7, in Game 1 from Crawford HS. Sammy Leyba went 2-3 with two home runs, five runs batted in, and two runs scored and was the player of the game. Jordan Musclalek struck out eight hitters and allowed three earned runs in the complete game win. He was the pitcher of the game. Jorge Alvarez went 2-3 with one home run, three runs batted in, and two runs scored and was the hitter of the game.

Action Baseball Markee defeated MBA Navy, 7-0, in Game 2 from Crawford HS. Robert Arredondo struck out eight hitters and allowed just two hits in the complete game win. Arredondo was the player of the game. Travis Whitaker went 1-2 with one double and three runs batted in and was the hitter of the game.

C3 Futures Ford defeated GPS Texas Montgomery, 4-0, in Game 3 from Crawford HS. Bryson Morrill struck out seven and allowed three hits in a seven inning shutout. Morill was the player of the game. Zavion Taylor went 1-2 with two runs batted in and was the hitter of the game.

McClennan Community College

Woodlands Express defeated DFW Twins, 11-7, in Game 1 from McClennan. Dylan McDowell went 2-4 with one triple and four runs batted in and was the player of the game. Kevin Skweres struck out six hitters and allowed just three hits and one run in five innings of work. He was the pitcher of the game. Other notable players were Dillon Smith (3-4 with one triple, one RBI, and one run scored) and Casey Sunseri (2-2 with one triple, two runs scored, and one RBI).

In Game 2 from McClennan, Lonestar Baseball Larue defeated Dallas Mustangs Greer, 3-1. Hudson Head (uncommitted 2019 LHP) took the bump and delivered for Lonestar going 5.2 innings with no earned runs. He struck out three batters with three hits and one walk. At the plate, Head went 1-2 with one triple. He was named player of the game. Hitter of the game was Eddie Calconcit. He went 1-2 with one triple and one RBI. For the Mustangs, Texas A&M commit Mason Ornelas was sitting 88-90 through six innings. He struck out four with one walk and one earned run. Also to note, Ben Soule went 1-3 with a triple.

Waco Storm Angels defeated Hill Country Baseball Reds, 4-1, in Game 3 from McClennan. Trevor Glaser allowed four hits and just one run in a complete game win. Glaser was the player of the game. Jorge Enciso went 2-2 with one double and two runs batted in. Andrew Acierni went 1-3 with one double, one run scored, and one RBI. For HC Baseball, Phillip Figueroa went 2-3 with one double.

GPS Baseball Puffer defeated TPU Luna, 12-1, in Game 4 from McClennan. Chase Ruston went 2-3 with one triple, two runs batted in, and two runs scored and was named player of the game. Connor Archer allowed one run and struck out three in five innings of work and was the pitcher of the game. Kimble Schuessler and Noah Thompson each went 1-3 with one triple and one RBI. Brandon Cabrera went 1-2 with one double and one RBI. Austin Plante finished the game 2-2 wth one RBI, one run scored, and one walk.

Midway HS

Marucci Elite Texas Biggers defeated Waco Storm Royals, 10-6, in Game 1 from Midway HS. Robert Patrick went 3-3 with one double and three runs batted in and was the player of the game. Blake Pou went 3-4 with one double, three runs batted in, and two runs scored and was the hitter of the game. The pitcher of the game was Charles Mooney. Mooney struck out three and allowed three earned runs in 5.2 innings of work. Other notable performers were Cameron Cauley (2-3 with one triple, one double, and two runs scored),  Joshua Flores (2-3) and Ben Smedshammer (2-4 with one RBI).

Thrive Haugen defeated D-BAT Elite Matthews, 10-7, in Game 2 from Midway HS. Raef Wright was the player of the game. Wright went 3-3 with two doubles, two runs batted in, and two runs scored. Landon Boyd went 2-2 with one double, two runs batted in, and two runs scored and was the hitter of the game. Alvaro Hernandez (1-2 with one triple and two runs batted in) and Luke Heefker (1-1 with one double and one run scored) had solid performances.

Dulins Dodgers Gelnar defeated Marucci Elite Texas Rockett in Game 3 from Midway HS, 5-4. Parker Menefee went 3-3 with two runs scored and was the player of the game. CJ Schoettlin went 2-3 with one home run, two runs batted in, and one run scored and was the hitter of the game. Will Warren went 2-3 with one double, one RBI, and one run scored.

C3 Futures Capps defeated Action Baseball Garcia, 8-1, in Game 4 from Midway HS. Jeremiah Sanchez went 2-4 with one double, one RBI, and one run scored and was the player of the game. Clayton Jenkins went 2-4 with one double and one run scored and was the hitter of the game. The pitcher of the game was Tyler Gainey. Gainey allowed one hit and one run in five innings while striking out four. Austin Munguia went 2-2 with one double for Action Baseball Garcia.

Waco ISD Veterans 1

Canes Southwest Senf defeated Arlington A’s Navy Hicks, 11-0, in Game 1 from Waco ISD Veterans 1. Sahil Deosthali was the player of the game. He went 2-3 with one triple and two runs batted in at the plate. On the mound, he struck out five and allowed two hits in a five inning shutout. Samuel Williamson went 2-2 with one double, two runs batted in, two runs scored, and one walk and was the hitter of the game. Clark Garcia (1-2 with three runs batted in and one run scored) and Clinton Rostedt (1-2 with two runs batted in, one run scored, and one walk) had notable games.

Marucci Elite Texas Martin defeated MBA 16U Rudolph, 5-2, in Game 2 from Waco ISD Veterans 1. Brody Wilson went 1-2 with one RBI and one walk. Wilson also pitched a complete game striking out eight while allowed just three hits and two runs. Wilson was the player of the game. Ryan Farmer went 2-3 with one triple and one RBI and was the hitter of the game.

Canes Southwest Senf defeated Marucci Elite Texas Martin, 12-2, in Game 3 from Waco ISD Veterans 1. Trey Mangauzy was the player of the game. He went 2-2 with one double, one RBI, four runs scored, and one hit by pitch. Trevor Magnuson went 3-3 with one double, two runs batted in, two runs scored, one walk, and one stolen base and was the hitter of the game.

MBA 16U Rudolph defeated Arlington A’s Navy Hicks, 6-3, in Game 4 from Waco ISD Veterans 1. Dominic Fernandez struck out seven while allowing just three hits and two earned runs in five innings of work. Fernandez was named player of the game. Logan Thompson went 1-1 with one double, two runs batted in, two runs scored, and one walk and was the hitter of the game.

Lonestar Baseball Corkill defeated Marucci Elite Texas Cravey, 5-1, in Game 1 from Waco ISD Veterans 2. Kaleb Chomout went 3-3 with three runs batted in and was the player of the game. Caleb Cantwell went 2-2 with two stolen bases and was the hitter of the game.

D-BAT Elite Bonesio defeated MBA Navy, 7-3, in Game 2 from Waco ISD Veterans 2. Will Furniss went 2-3 and was the player of the game.

Lonestar Baseball Corkill defeated D-BAT Elite Bonesio, 10-9, in Game 3 from Waco ISD Veterans 2. Kaleb Chomeout went 3-4 with one RBI and was the player of the game. Tavion Vaughns went 4-4 with one double and was the hitter of the game.

MBA Navy defeated Marucci Elite Texas Cravey, 13-6, in Game 4 from Waco ISD Veterans 2. Uriel Rodriguez went 2-2 with one RBI and was the player of the game. Mickey Johnson went 2-4 with one triple, one double, and four runs batted in and was the hitter of the game.

West HS

15U Phenom Texas defeated Arlington A’s Red, 8-2, in Game 1 from West HS. Easton Herrod went 2-3 with one triple, three runs batted in, and one run scored and was the player of the game. The hitter of the game was Mark Williams, who went 2-3 with two runs scored. Johnaven Toves pitched five scoreless innings striking out three and was the pitcher of the game.

Action Baseball Kent defeated Houston A’s Gold 15U, 8-2, in Game 2 from West HS. Kyler Kirkpatrick went 2-3 with one double, one RBI, and one run scored and was the player of the game. The pitcher of the game was Jacob Geist. Geist struck out five and allowed zero hits in two innings of work.

Dulins Dodgers Robbins defeated South Texas Sliders RGV, 5-3, in Game 3 from West HS. JD Gregson was named player of the game. Gregson went 1-2 with one double, one RBI, one run scored, and one walk. Beau Preston pitched two perfect innings and struck out two hitters en route to being named pitcher of the game. Pablo Trevino III went 2-3 with one RBI.

Richard Austin Baseball Cannons defeated Performance Baseball Texas 17U, 7-1, in Game 4 from West HS. Will Kappler struck out six and allowed just one run in a complete game win. Kappler was named player of the game. Matt Gruetzmacher went 3-4 with one RBI, two runs scored, and one stolen base and was the hitter of the game. Aaron Hunter went 1-3 with one triple and two runs batted in.
