In the Five Tool Texas CTX Championships 15U American Championship Game from Baylor University, Hooks defeated Lonestar Baseball Club 15U State White, 10-6. JoMac Weil earned player of the game after going 2-3 at the plate. Weil scored two runs and collected two runs batted in. Also to note, Ryne Abel went 2-2 at the plate. Ethan McVey went 2-3 with two runs scored.

In the Five Tool Texas CTX Championships 15U National Championship Game from Baylor University, Dallas Tigers – Cienega 15U outlasted Marucci Elite Texas 2022 Adams, 4-3. Tyler Sudderth earned player of the game after going 2-3 at the plate. Sudderth scored one run. Also to note, Quinton Boedecker hit the game winning sacrifice fly.

In the Five Tool Texas CTX Championships 16U Championship Game from Baylor University, Dallas Mustangs Sharp defeated North Texas Longhorns Buckner, 10-6. DJ Dell’Anno earned player of the game after going 3-4 at the plate. Dell’Anno hit two doubles and collected one RBI. Dell’Anno scored three runs. Clay Kindiger earned pitcher of the game after striking out four batters in 2.1 innings on the mound. Kindiger allowed one hit and zero runs.

In the Five Tool Texas CTX Championships 17U Championship Game from Baylor University, GPS Legends 17U Puffer defeated HP Baseball Calhoun, 4-2. Parker Guerin earned player of the game after going 1-1 at the plate. Guerin collected two runs batted in and drew one walk. Colin Jackson earned pitcher of the game after striking out two batters in two innings pitched. Jackson allowed one hit and zero runs.

McClennan

In Game 1 from McClennan, HP Baseball 2020 Calhoun defeated Dallas Mustangs Davis, 5-1. Luke Thompson earned player of the game after recording 12 strikeouts. Cole Ketzner earned hitter of the game after hitting one RBI double in the eighth inning. Also to note, Clayotn Dean hit one two runs batted in single in the eighth inning.

In Game 2 from McClennan, GPS Legends 17U Puffer outscored Temple Baseball Academy, 9-2. Braxton Pearson earned player of the game after striking out eight batters in seven innings on the mound. Pearson allowed four hits and two runs. Aiden Bradford earned hitter of the game after going 2-2 at the plate. Bradford hit one triple and collected one RBI. Bradford scored one run. Also o note, Jack Jalufka went 1-1 with one triple, two runs scored, and one walk.

Waco Midway High School

In Game 1 form Midway High School, Dallas Mustangs Sharp blanked C3 Futures 16U Capps, 2-0. Micah Ford earned player of the game after striking out three batters in seven innings on the mound. Ford allowed one hit and one walk with zero runs. Regan Weaver earned pitcher of the game after allowing only two hits and two earned runs in six innings on the mound. Jakob Hayes earned hitter of the game after going 1-2 at the plate. Hayes hit one double and collected one RBI.

In Game 2 from Waco Midway High School, North Texas Longhorns Buckner defeated Lubbock Raiders 16U, 6-1. Sammy Harris earned player of the game after striking out three batters in seven innings on the mound. Harris allowed five hits and zero earned runs. Blake McEwan earned hitter of the game after going 2-3 at the plate. McEwan hit one double and collected one RBI. McEwan scored one run.
