Mountain View

It was a battle of two starting pitchers as Performance Baseball 16U and Dallas Mustangs Randle ended in a 0-0 tie in Game 1 at Mountain View. On the mound for the Mustangs was Harrison Lawrence who threw seven innings striking out eight batters and giving up four hits. His counterpart, Mason Higginbotham, went seven innings striking out one and giving up six hits. Both players were named players of the game for their shutout performances (check them out side by side in the video below).

Following right along with the previous game, Game 2 at Mountain View ended in a 1-1 tie between the Texas Lions and Dallas Patriots Brooks. For the Patriots, Peter Delkus threw 6.2 one-hit innings striking out two and giving up one run. For the Lions, Austin Roth threw six innings striking out six. Both were named pitchers of the game. Mason LaPlante came up clutch for the Patriots getting the game-tying RBI single in the sixth (see below). He finished the game going 2-3 with two singles and one RBI on his way to player of the game.

Tarleton State

Down seven runs in the bottom of the 7th inning, Arlington Heat came back to defeat C3 Futures Worley, 13-12, in Game 1 at Tarleton State. C3’s Justin Pelletier came in to throw two innings striking out 5 batters and getting the other to ground out. He was named pitcher of the game for his performance in relief. Heat’s Spencer Sackett went 2-3 with two runs batted in and walked once on his way to hitter of the game.

NTX Dirtbags 2017 defeated Texas Oilers 2017, 10-6, in Game 2 at Tarleton State. Connor Emmett went 2-2 with one double and two runs batted in. Hunter Harp went 1-3 with one double and two runs batted in. Both were named hitters of the game.

In Game 3 at Tarleton State, NTX Dirtbags 2017 defeated Dallas Dodgers 17 Black, 12-6. Hunter Harp went 2-3 with one triple and three runs batted in. One of those was the eventual go-ahead RBI in the seventh. Clayton Beeter went 2-3 with two doubles. Both were named hitters of the game.

TCU

Dallas Mustangs Sharp tied Dallas Patriots Sherard, 8-8, in Game 1 from TCU. Mustangs Sharp’s Mason Ornelas went 2-3 with one RBI and two runs scored. He also pitched two innings striking out one batter. Ornelas was named player of the game. Mustangs Sharp’s Mason Packwood went 2-3 with one RBI and two runs scored and was named hitter of the game. Also to note, Patriots Sherard’s Jackson Norman went 1-2 with one triple, three runs batted in and one run scored. Braden Webb went 1-3 with one double, two runs batted in and one run scored. Dalton Davis had a nice multi-hit effort going 2-4.

Dallas Tigers Hernandez defeated Texas Stix 2019, 12-1, in Game 2 from TCU. Tigers’ Joey Crisci led the offensive attack going 3-3 with one double and three runs. Crisci was named player of the game. Preston King went 2-3 with two doubles, one walk, and two runs scored. He was named hitter of the game. Other impressive Tigers included Chase Lummus (2-2 with one walk), Jake Cosner (2-3 with one double and one run), and Brendon Dixon (2-4 with a double and one RBI). On the mound, Jake Cosner, Dillon Carter, Garrett Reuben, Jacob Meador, and Sean Bolin combined to throw five one-hit innings without allowing any earned runs and striking out six.

UTA

Thrive Baseball knocked off Dallas Tigers Watten, 4-2, in Game 1 at UTA. D’Sawn Webster threw seven innings striking out three on his way to pitcher of the game. He was also 2-3 with one RBI and one run scored at the plate. Hitter of the game was Trevor Hatton of Thrive. He went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. For the Tigers, Logan Layer went 1-3 with one double and one run scored. Brooks Helmer went 2-4 with one double and two runs batted in.

Fort Worth Cats defeated the NTX Banditos, 4-2, in Game 2 at UTA. Dillon Rodgers threw three innings striking out two and giving up one hit. He also did not allow a run. Jake Jennings threw three innings striking out three and not allowing a hit. Both Rodgers and Jennings were named pitchers of the game. On offense, Hunter Jenkins went 2-3 with one RBI and two runs scored. He was named hitter of the game. For the Banditos, Ream went 1-3 with one triple and one run scored. He also threw two innings striking out four.

Weatherford

Game 1 at Weatherford was all Nik Millsap in DBAT Herrick‘s 5-0 win over Dallas Dodgers 16 Black. The righty threw five innings striking out just as many (5) while allowing just two hits. Millsap was named pitcher of the game. Millsap got some run support from Jake Smith. He went 1-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored. Smith was named hitter of the game.

Tristen Lutz led the charge for Academy Select Sun Devils in their 13-2 victory over Texas Stix 2017 in Game 2 at Weatherford. The University of Texas commit went 4-4 with one triple, one double and four runs batted in on his way to co-hitter of the game. His teammate Lance Russell went 2-5 with one home run and three runs batted in. Russell was named the other co-hitter of the game. And on the mound, Preston Minnor threw four inning striking out four on his way to pitcher of the game.

Dallas Tigers Woods held off Pro Source Athletics Abbott, 4-3, in Game 3 at Weatherford. Pro Source’s Mason Holt went 1-3 with a triple, one walk and some great catches in left field. On the other side, Parker Bateman went 2-3 with two runs batted in and was named hitter of the game. Dylan Ditzenberger came in for 2.1 innings of work and struck out three including one with the bases loaded (see below). He picked up the save and pitcher of the game.

DBU

Arlington Heat defeated Lightning Baseball, 8-1, in Game 1 at DBU. Heat’s Ryan Thomas kept hitters off balance all day with his fastball, curveball, and changeup. Thomas was pitcher of the game going six innings striking out seven and allowing just three hits and one run. Offensively, Chris Gay and Austin Tidwell led the charge for the Heat. Gay went 2-3 with one double, one triple (see below), one RBI, and three runs batted in. Tidwell went 3-3 with three runs batted in and two runs. Gay and Tidwell were named co-hitters of the game. Zack McJilton also went 2-3 with one double and one walk for the Heat.

Lighting Baseball scored their run in the first inning on an RBI double by Andrew Coverly. Keven Mackintosh pitched five innings striking out nine hitters. He also struck out the side in the first inning which was an impressive start to the game.

Action Baseball Green defeated NTX Dirtbags 2017, 3-1, in Game 2 from DBU. Action’s Walker Sigman was pitcher of the game going 6.1 innings and allowing no earned runs. Sigman only gave up four hits and struck out three (check out one of his strikeouts below). Mateo Carranza recorded the last two outs on the mound for Action Baseball and earned the save. NTX Dirtbags’ Daniel Bandy pitched extremely well going five innings allowing just two runs and two hits while striking out two. In the bottom of the sixth inning, Action’s Trestan Pool launched a majestic two-run home run to right field and was named hitter of the game. Action’s Dalton Watts also recorded an RBI single. NTX Dirtbags’ Connor Emmet had a nice day at the plate going 2-3 with one double.

Michael Van Gundy delivered a clutch walk-off RBI double (see below) to lead Dallas Dodgers 17 Black to a 3-2 victory over the Amarillo Titans 2017 in Game 3 at DBU. Van Gundy ended the game 2-3 with two doubles, two runs batted in and one run scored. He was named player of the game. Dodgers’ Boone Montgomery was solid over six innings of work striking out four and only allowing two runs. Titans’ Noah Bartlett was just as effective over six innings pitched striking out five and allowing two runs. Bartlett and Montgomery were named co-pitchers of the game. Carson Hawks came in relief for the Dodgers and pitched a scoreless inning in the top of the 7th. He ended up getting the win. Dodgers’ Cole Swilley went 1-2 with one triple, one walk, and one run scored. Titans’ Skyler Nelson reached base every time going 2-2 with one double, one walk, and one RBI and was named hitter of the game. Also to note, Titans’ Austin Moya went 2-3 with one double.

Texas Oilers 2017 defeated C3 Futures Worley, 4-1, in Game 4 from DBU. Oilers’ Matthew Walters was pitcher of the game going 6.1 innings, striking out seven and allowing just one run. Oilers’ Mike Nowak was the difference maker at the plate with his three-run double in second inning to give his squad an early 4-0 lead in the game. Nowak was named hitter of the game. Other solid performances came from Oilers’ Dillon Carter (2-3), C3’s Ryan Drake (1-3 with one triple and one RBI), and C3’s Derrick Williams (1-2 with one triple).

Pro Source Athletics Abbott defeated Texas Stix 2017, 5-4, in Game 5 from DBU. Pro Source’s Cale Hundley hit one triple and scored two runs. Hundley also flashed the leather which you can check out in the video below. Austin Gross went 2-3 with one run scored. Texas Stix’s Blaine Jones had a productive night at the plate going 3-4 with one double, one RBI, and one run scored. Jones picked up hitter of the game. Pro Source’s Chase Hacker pitched 4.2 innings striking out five and giving up three earned runs.

Mountain View

The Texas Oilers held off Amarillo Titans 2017, 5-4, in Game 1 at Mountain View. On the mound for the Oilers was Garret Hermes who threw five innings striking out two. At the plate, David Renning went 1-2 with a solo home run. Trystan McGee went 1-4 with a two-run home run. Both Renning and McGee were named hitters of the game. For the Titans, Bradden Kennard went 1-3 with a two-run double.

Game 2 at Mountain View was a 10-3 victory for Dallas Dodgers 17 Black over Arlington Heat. Three Dodgers had the biggest impacts on the game and were all named hitters of the game. Boone Montgomery went 3-4 with a double and three runs batted in. Ty Jones went 2-3 with two run batted in (check that out below). Michael Vangundy also went 2-3 with two runs batted in. And Andrew Rangel went 3-3.

C3 Futures Worley defeated Action Baseball Green, 9-4, in Game 3 at Mountain View. Jacob Frisbie threw a complete game and struck out six on his way to pitcher of the game. Drew Sancillo went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game. Also to note, Derrick Williams went 1-3 with one double.

Lightning Baseball brought that bats to Mountain View for their 11-9 victory over NTX Dirtbags 2017 in Game 4. For Lightning, Casey O’Neil, Ryan Robinson, Morgan McIntosh, Andrew Coverly, Matt Meraz, Adam Neider, and Ryan Sullivan combined for 14 hits and eight runs batted in. Sullivan hit a deep fly to left which you can catch in the video embedded below. For the Dirtbags, Clayton Beeter went 3-4 with a triple, double and single on his way to player of the game.

Tarleton State

Oklahoma Fuel took care of business in Game 1 at Tarleton State by beating Mizuno Baseball, 11-6. Fuel’s TJ Mullins went 2-3 with one triple, one double and one RBI. Mizuno’s Diego Davila went 1-3 with a two-run home run. Both were named hitters of the game.

Cole Quintanilla was dominant in Action Baseball White‘s 10-0 victory over NTX Banditos in Game 2 at Tarleton State. The University of Missoui commit threw five one-hit innings striking out five on his way to pitcher of the game. Quintanilla had a no hitter through four innings. Picking him up on offense was Ryan Bishop and Tyler Pettit. Bishop went 2-2 with one double and one RBI. Pettit went 2-3 with two runs batted in. Both were named hitters of the game.

LBA Hays defeated Fort Worth Cats, 7-1, in Game 3 at Tarleton State. Kameron Deterding through five inning striking out two while giving up no runs on his way to pitcher of the game. Seth Watts was just short of the cycle going 3-4 with one triple, one double, one single, and he had one stolen base. Needless to say, Watts was named hitter of the game.

LBA Hays won their second game of the day defeating NTX Banditos, 16-0, in Game 4 at Tarleton State. On the mound was Garret Gerber who went five innings striking out three and picking up pitcher of the game. At the plate, Heath Hayes went 3-4 with one double, one triple and three runs batted in. Aaron Bly went 3-3 with three doubles and two runs batted in. Both Hayes and Bly were named hitters of the game.

TCU

Game 1 at TCU ended in a 5-5 tie between Dallas Dodgers 16 Black and Amarillo Titans 2018, but it was an exciting one. Titans got two hits each from Aaron Haase and Hunter Nelson. Haase went 2-4 with one double, one stolen base and two runs scored on his way to co-player of the game. For the Dodgers, Dalton Black went 2-3 with one RBI and one stolen base. Black was named co-player of the game. Will Parker had a double and drove in a run. The play of the day came from Tristan Williams who made a diving catch to save a double down the third base line.

Performance Baseball 16U defeated Arsenal Stars, 7-4 in Game 2 at TCU. Keylon Mack got things going with a solo home run at Lupton Stadium. He ended up going 1-3 with that bomb and a walk. Connor Lowe went 1-3 with a double, two runs batted in and two runs scored. On the mound, Elijah Trest threw five innings striking out five and Landon Dorman threw two innings striking out three while allowing one hit. Both Trest and Dorman were named pitchers of the game (check them out below). Hitter of the game was Noah Leff of Arsenal. He went 3-4 with two runs batted in and two runs scored.

UTA

DBAT Herrick defeated Dallas Mustangs Randle, 6-1, in Game 1 at UTA. Adam Stephenson threw six innings striking out seven. He gave up two hits on his way to pitcher of the game. Check him out in the video embedded below. On offense for DBAT, Jake Smith went 2-3 with one double, one run batted in, two runs scored and two stolen bases. Will Quillen went 2-3 with one triple and one run scored. Both Smith and Quillen were named hitters of the game.

Texas Stix 2017 narrowly defeated Dallas Tigers Woods, 2-0, in Game 2 at UTA. For the Stix, Thomas Santos threw six one-hit innings striking out two. He hit 86 MPH with his fastball. For the Tigers, William Adair threw four innings and struck out two without allowing any runs. He gave up two hits and sat 84-86 MPH with his fastball. JJ Montenegro threw three inning striking out four and hitting 90 MPH on the radar gun. All three players were named pitchers of the game.

Connor Mushinski was nasty in Pro Souce Athletics Abbott‘s 4-0 victory over Academy Select Sun Devils in Game 3 at UTA. The left-handed pitcher threw a complete game shutout striking out six and allowing four hits. Mushinski was named pitcher of the game. Backing him up on offense was Cody Masters and Chase Hacker. Masters went 2-3 with two runs batted in. Hacker went 1-3 with one double and one run batted in. Both were named hitters of the game.

Texas Lions held off DBAT Herrick, 3-1, in Game 4 at UTA. For the Lions, Dylan Nalley went 2-3 with two singles. Wyatt Whitlock went 2-2 with one triple, one run batted in and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. On the mound, Kendall Catalon threw six innings striking out three. He gave up just one run on his way to the victory and pitcher of the game. For DBAT, Adam Stephenson went 2-3 with two singles and Taylor Pendley went 1-1 with a double.

Game 5 between Action Baseball White and Mizuno Baseball ended in a 2-2 tie at UTA. Dustin Saenz threw four one-hit innings striking out six in the contest. He hit 91 MPH on the radar gun (see below) and was named pitcher of the game. On offense, Matthew Stary went 1-3 with a triple, one RBI and one run scored. Stary picked up hitter of the game.

Weatherford

Dallas Dodgers 16 Black defeated Texas Lions, 6-4, in Game 1 at Weatherford. For the Lions, Marshall Buss went 2-2 with one home run, three runs batted in and one stolen base. Will Parker went 3-4 with one double and three stolen bases. Both were named players of the game.

Amarillo Titans 2018 defated Performance Baseball 16U, 7-1, in Game 2 at Weatherford. Colton Moore went 2-4 with one double and four runs batted in. Check out his three-run double in the video below. Moore was named hitter of the game. Trevor Andrus threw six innings striking out five on his way to pitcher of the game. Also to note for the Titans, Logan Ellis went 2-4 with one double and one RBI.

Dallas Patriots Brooks defeated Arsenal Stars, 6-0, in Game 3 at Weatherford. Nick Davis threw a complete game shutout striking out eight on his way to pitcher of the game. Watch his final strikeout in the video below. Preston Baumgartner went 2-3 with two runs batted in, one stolen bag, and one run scored. Baumgartner was named hitter of the game.

Dallas Mustangs Randle held on for the victory over Dallas Patriots Brooks, 9-6, in Game 4 from Weatherford. David Randall went 2-3 with three runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game. Buddy Trevino went 1-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. He also threw the last inning striking out one on his way to the save. Trevino was named player of the game for his performance.

Oklahoma Fuel defeated Fort Worth Cats, 16-2, in Game 5 at Weatherford. Kaleb McCullough threw four innings striking out two and giving up two hits. He didn’t surrender a run on his way to pitcher of the game. Cole Davis went 2-3 with three runs batted in while Hayden Parker went 2-3 with one triple and one RBI. Both were named hitters of the game.

Dallas Mustangs Randle defeated Texas Lions, 7-5, in Game 1 from DBU. Mustangs’ Ryan Rodgers led the charge at the plate going 3-3 with one RBI, one run, and one stolen base. Lions’ Kendall Catalon was also impressive going 2-2 with one RBI, one walk, and two stolen bases. Rodgers and Catalon were named co-players of the game. Mustangs’ Connor Hart threw 5.1 innings striking out three and allowing six hits. Hart was named pitcher of the game. Other Mustangs players who stood out were Nate Santiago (1-3 with one double, one RBI, one run, and one stolen base) and Daniel Hernandez (2-4 with two runs). For the Lions, Parker Conn (2-3 with one walk and one run) and Hunter Jones (2-3 with one double and one run) had solid games. Mustangs’ Tets Hung made an outstanding diving stop and flip to end the game which you can see the video of below.

Dallas Tigers Watten defeated ABA 2018, 11-4, in Game 2 from DBU. Kenton Pierce was a two-way threat smashing a two-run home run and pitching two innings striking out two. Without a doubt, Pierce was player of the game. Tigers’ Pierce McFarlane and Jaden Fowler were named co-hitters of the game. McFarlane went 3-3 with one RBI, four runs, one stolen base, and was hit by a pitch. Fowler went 2-2 with one double, two runs batted in, one run, one stolen base, and one walk. Other notable Tigers hitters were Brooks Helmer (2-3 with two runs batted in and one walk) and Logan Layer (2-3 with one RBI, one run, and one walk). ABA 2018 was led at the plate by Ryan Johnson’s 2-3 effort with one double and one run scored. Luke Wilson ended the game 2-3 as well with one RBI. Joshua Lackner did not record an official at bat going 0-0, but he did draw two walks and had one RBI on a sacrifice fly.

Texas Stix 2018’s Nicco Cole was dominant on the mound leading the Stix to a 7-0 victory over Mac N Seitz in Game 3 at DBU. Cole pitched all seven innings allowing just two singles, no walks, and no runs while striking out 10 (see one of his strikeouts in the video below). Cole was named pitcher of the game. Stix’s Matt Castaneda did the damage at the plate going 2-3 with one double, one triple, two runs batted in, and one run scored. Castaneda was named hitter of the game. Connor Hughes and Kadel Helsel each had a single for Mac N Seitz.

Thrive Baseball defeated Twelve Silver 16U, 8-6, in Game 4 from DBU. Trevor Hatton launched a majestic home run over the DBU bullpen in the top of the first inning. Hatton ended the game going 2-4 with that one home run, three runs batted in, and two runs scored. He was named hitter of the game. Thrive’s Johnny Thomas was 1-3 with two runs and one walk. Thrive’s Cole Reeves was 1-2 with one run, one stolen base, one walk, and was hit bit a pitch. Twelve Silver was led at the plate by Zach Limas (2-4 with two doubles and two runs), Dru Baker (2-4 with three runs batted in, two runs, and one stolen base) and Zach Brown (1-2 with three runs batted in).

EC Sox rallied with a six-run bottom of the sixth inning to defeat D-BAT Schkade, 9-4, in Game 5 from DBU. Watch EC Sox’s Adam Hudson drive in the go-ahead runs in the bottom of the sixth inning in the video below. Hudson ended the night 3-4 with two runs batted in, three runs scored, and a stolen base and was named player of the game. EC Sox’s CJ Willis, who was named hitter of the game, went 2-4 with one double, three runs batted in and scored one run. D-BAT’s Jacob Johnson went 2-4 with one double and scored one run. D-BAT’s Kason Howell went 1-2 with one double, one run, and one walk. On the mound, D-BAT’s Cade Farr was impressive with his fastball and curveball. Farr pitched 2.2 innings striking out four and only allowed one run.

Mountain View

It was the Tre Morris show at Mountain View as Mac N Seitz defeated ABA 2018, 13-8, in Game 1. The right-handed power hitter went 4-4 with two home runs, one triple, six runs batted in and three runs scored. Check out his first blast in the video below. Without a doubt, Morris was named hitter of the game. On the mound, Jack Brimacombe threw four innings striking out three on his way to pitcher of the game. Kaden Helsel went 1-2 with one double and two runs batted in. Branden Harder went 1-3 with one double and two runs scored.

In Game 2 at Mountain View, EC Sox defeated Twelve Silver 16U, 7-6. Caleb Ragland went 1-3 with two runs batted in while Logan Letley went 1-2 with one double and one run batted in. Both were named players of the game.

Game 3 at Mountain View ended in a 1-1 tie between Thrive Baseball and DBAT Schka. Trevor Hatton continued his hot hitting going 3-3 in the contest. Check out one of his hits below. Hatton was named hitter of the game. DBAT’s Trey Neighbors threw five innings striking out three and Thrive’s Dakota More threw all seven innings striking out six. Both were named pitchers of the game. Also to note, DBAT’s Cleet Bowman went 1-3 with a double.

Tarleton State

Dallas Patriots Brooks took care of business in Game 1 at Tarleton State by Amarillo Titans 2018, 11-1. Angel Suarez went 1-2 with one double and two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game. Spencer Cochran threw five innings striking out one and allowing three hits on his way to pitcher of the game.

DBAT Herrick brought the bats to Tarleton State for their 17-2 victory over Arsenal Stars in Game 2. Colby Feris went 2-3 with one home run, one double and three runs batted in. Nik Millsap went 2-4 with one triple, one home run and three runs batted in. Both were named hitters of the game. Cole Johnson also hit a home run in the contest. On the mound, Steven Swift threw five strong innings striking out eight and giving up three hits on his way to pitcher of the game.

Performance Baseball 16U defeated Dallas Dodgers 16 Black, 11-8, in Game 3 at Tarleton State. Ren Reynolds went 2-4 with one triple, one double and three runs batted on. Reynolds was named player of the game. Performance’s Kason Kienzle went 2-5 with two doubles in the contest.

EM Majors beat Performance Baseball 16U, 6-2, in Game 4 at Tarleton State. Ollie Reddick threw four inning striking out three on his way to pitcher of the game. Jacob Broshears went 1-2 with one double and one RBI on his way to hitter of the game.

TCU

Game 1 at TCU between Action Baseball White and LBA Hays ended in a 2-2 tie. LBA’s Dylan Moon went 2-3 with one RBI. Action’s Aidan Sheperdson went 2-3 with two doubles and one run scored. Both were named hitters of the game. On the mound, LBA’s Logan Patterson threw five innings striking out four on his way to pitcher of the game. Action’s Collin Wyman threw four innings striking out four. And Nick Mendivil threw three one-hit innings striking out three.

Mizuno Baseball held off Fort Worth Cats, 3-1, in Game 2 at TCU. Javan Smitherman went 2-3 with one stolen base. He also threw two innings striking out two while sitting at 89-90 MPH. Smitherman was named player of the game. Mizuno LHP Adam Haughtaling threw three innings striking out three. Blake Kuritz threw two innings striking out five in a row (see his last one in the video below). Kuritz was named pitcher of the game. Michael Hampton was hitter of the game going 2-2 with one stolen base.

NTX Banditos defeated Oklahoma Fuel, 8-4, in Game 3 at TCU. Jar Parker got things going early with a leadoff double (see below) which set the tone of the rest of the game. He ended his day going 1-3 with an RBI. Zach Peterson went 2-3 with one triple, two runs batted in and two runs scored. Both Parker and Peterson were named hitters of the game. On the mound, Phillip Sikes threw three innings striking out six. He also went 1-3 with one RBI on his way to player of the game. Also to note, Fuel’s TJ Mullins went 1-3 with one double and two runs batted in.

Amarillo Titans picked up the victory over DBAT Gowins, 8-2, in Game 4 at TCU. Logan Ellis went 1-2 with an RBI double and one run scored. Rhett Maynard went 2-3 with one RBI and one run scored. Colton Moore went 2-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored. And Trevor Andrus went 1-3 with one triple and two runs batted in. Maynard, Moore and Andrus were named hitters of the game with Ellis not too far behind.

Game 5 was a wild one at TCU as DBAT Herrick came away with the 6-5 victory over Dallas Patriots Brooks. Down two runs in the bottom of the seventh, DBAT’s Adam Stephenson hit a two-run single to tie the game. After Will Quillen walked, Colby Feris came up to hit the game-winning single (watch below). Stephenson finished the night going 1-4, Quillen went 2-2 with one triple, and Feris went 2-3 with the game winner. Feris and Quillen were named hitters of the game, but you can’t forget about Stephenson’s heroics.

UTA

With the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th, Ryan Robinson delivered for Lightning Baseball in their 3-2 victory over C3 Futures Worley in Game 1 at UTA. Robinson came up with the clutch hit by driving the ball to left-center field (see below). Robinson finished 1-4 with that RBI double on his way to hitter of the game. On the mound, Zach Berg threw seven inning striking out three on his way to pitcher of the game. For C3, Derrick Williams went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. Jacob Frisbie went 1-3 with one triple and one RBI.

Arlington Heat defeated Texas Oilers 2017, 7-5, in Game 2 at UTA. Leading the way for the Heat was Zack McJilton who went 2-4 with one double and three runs batted in. McJilton was named hitter of the game. On the mound, Zach Kondrach threw three innings striking out four on his way to pitcher of the game. Also to note, Oilers’ Mike Nowak went 2-3 with one run scored.

Amarillo Titans 2017 knocked off Arlington Heat, 7-2, in Game 3 at UTA. Titans’ Austin Baxter was solid throwing six innings and striking out nine (check out one of those nine in the video below). He gave up no runs in his outing and was named pitcher of the game. His teammate Austin Moya went 2-3 with one double, three runs batted in and one run scored. Heat’s Austin Tidwell went 2-3 with two triples, one RBI and one run scored. Both Moya and Tidwell were named hitters of the game. Also to note for the Titans, Tommy Williams went 1-2 with one triple, one RBI and two runs scored. Luis Arellano went 2-2 with two runs batted in.

San Antonio Angels held off Dallas Dodgers 17 Black, 7-6, in Game 4 at UTA. Luis Hernandez came into the 7th inning with two runners on and shut things down. He threw that one inning striking out one and not allowing a hit on his way to pitcher of the game. Garrett Wilkinson went 2-4 with one triple and four runs batted in (see two of his RBIs below). He also scored once on his way to co-hitter of the game. Chandler Eaton went 2-3 with one triple, two runs batted in and one run scored. Eaton was the other co-hitter of the game. Also to note, Maddux Solomon went 1-2 with one triple and one RBI. Jordon Billups went 3-3 with one run. Dodgers’ Ty Jones went 2-4 with two runs. Joseph Leal went 2-4 with one RBI. And Zach Palumbo went 2-3 with one double and one run scored.

Pitchers brought their ‘A’ games to Game 5 at UTA for Action Baseball Green‘s 3-2 victory over Texas Oilers 2017. Oilers’ Isaac Allen threw five innings giving up just two hits. He struck out eight batters. Action’s Bradley Tuttle went 4.2 innings striking out one and his teammate Ryan Flores threw 2.1 innings striking out four and giving up no hits. All three were named pitchers of the game.

Weatherford

In Game 1 at Weatherford, Dallas Dodgers 17 Black defeated Action Baseball Green, 8-1. Kyle Duerson threw six innings striking out four on his way to pitcher of the game. Boone Montgomery had a great game at the plate going 3-4 with one double and three runs batted in. Montgomery was the hitter of the game. Also to note, Adam Rangel and Carson Hawks each had an extra base hit. Check out Hawks’ in the video below.

Dallas Tigers Hernadez defeated EM Majors, 11-1, in Game 2 at Weatherford. Dillon Carter collected three hits going 3-4. Brenden Dixon went 2-5 with two doubles and Preston King went 3-5 with four runs batted in. Both Dixon and King were named hitters of the game. On the mound, Evan Hiatt threw four innings striking out four and giving up no runs. He was named pitcher of the game.

Game 3 at Weatherford between NTX Dirtbags 2017 and C3 Futures Worley ended in a 7-7 tie. Dirtbags’ Clayton Beeter went 2-2 with one double and one RBI. Hunter Harp went 1-3 with three runs batted in. Both were named hitters of the game. Jeffrey Worley also hit a double and had four RBIs in this contest.

Fresh off his commitment to University of Incarnate Word, South Texas Sliders RHP Jake Zatopek threw seven innings and struck out seven in his 12-2 victory over Columbia Angels in Game 4 at Weatherford. Zatopek gave up four hits and one earned run on his way to pitcher of the game. On offense, Grant Gomez went 1-3 with one double and two runs batted in. Jay Collazo went 3-3 with two doubles and three runs batted in. Collazo was named hitter of the game.

BBA Titans Cavalli defeated Amarillo Titans 2017, 9-2, in Game 5 at Weatherford. Nic Swanson went 2-4 with two runs scored. Mack Chambers went 2-3 with one RBI and three runs scored. And Tanner Griffin went 3-4 with one double and three runs scored. Griffin was named hitter of the game.

Angels’ Mason Corbett went 2-4 with one triple and scored one run. Snethkamp and Corbett were named co-hitters of the game. Also to note, Angels’ Max Papini hit an RBI triple and stole a base. For the Sliders, Zach Holtzhuter went for 2-3 and scored one run. Bo Gonzales pitched five solid innings for the Sliders striking out just as many (5). Academy Select Sun Devils defeated Columbia Angels, 4-3, in Game 2 from DBU. Sun Devils’ Ross Cadena crushed a massive three-run home run in the bottom of the first inning which you can watch in the video below. Cadena also threw out a would-be base stealer at second base from behind the plate and was named player of the game. Sun Devils’ Christian Rodriguez also performed well going 1-2 with one run, one walk, and one stolen base. On the mound, Sun Devils’ Eric Jones was dominant out of the bullpen going four scoreless innings striking out two. Jones was named pitcher of the game. Some notable performances for the Columbia Angels came from Dylan Rock (2-2 with one stolen base), Cameron Gibbons (2-3 with one run), and Andrew Rash who filled out the scoresheet going 1-1 with one RBI, one run, one stolen base, one walk, and one hit by pitch. Angels’ Travis Hester had a solid outing on the mound striking out six Sun Devils batters over five innings pitched.

Texas Stix 2017 defeated San Antonio Angels, 6-5, in Game 3 from DBU. Payton Strambler was a two-way threat for the Stix. On the mound, he picked up the win going four innings and striking out two. At the plate, Strambler went 2-3 with one double one run scored. Strambler was named player of the game. Stix’s Thomas Santos (3-3 with one double and two runs) and Joseph Huff (2-3 with one double and two runs batted in) were named co-hitters of the game. Out of the bullpen, Matthew Hickey threw two scoreless innings striking out two and Bryce Elder pitched the seventh inning picking up the save. San Antonio Angels’ Mason Corbett went 1-2 with two walks and one run. Corbett also made a phenomenal diving stop in the sixth inning at second base. Maddux Solomon crushed a two-run double in the top of the seventh for the Angels. Also to note, Angels’ shortstop Jack Wisniewski made two extremely athletic diving plays and throws.

Pro Source Athletics Abbott defeated BBA Titans 17U, 17-8, in Game 4 from DBU. The offensive onslaught from the Athletics was led by Cody Masters and Austin Gross. Masters went 3-4 with two triples, three runs batted in, and two runs scored. Gross went 2-3 with one triple, one RBI, two runs. They were named co-hitters of the game. Jacob Nesbit (2-4 with one triple and three runs batted in), Mason Holt (reached base four times with two stolen bases and three runs scored), and Kevin House (1-3 with one double and four runs batted in) were other key contributors for the Athletics. The Titans offense was led by Jacob Bailey who went 2-4 with one run scored. Jarrett Dilley went 1-3 with one RBI and three runs scored. Nic Swanson and AJ Archambo both reached base three times via walks.

BBA Titans Cavalli defeated Columbia Angels, 4-3, in Game 5 from DBU. Titans’ Nic Swanson was dominant on the mound going all seven innings and striking out four hitters. The Angels started with seventh inning with back-to-back hits, however Swanson got the next three hitters to pop out to end the game. He picked up the win en route to pitcher of the game. Titans’ Tanner Griffin unloaded a massive two-run home run in the first inning which you can watch below. Griffin picked up hitter of the game. Jarrett Dilley also had an RBI single for the Titans. Angels’ Ryan Kaufman pitched five innings and struck out as many hitters (5). Angels’ Dominic Cox went 1-2 with one double and one run. Reed Hamilton and Cameron Gibbons each had RBI singles for the Angels as well.

Mountain View

Action Baseball White defeated Oklahoma Fuel in Game 1 at Mountain View, 7-0. Shea Gutierrez went 1-2 with an inside the park grand slam. Koby Kelton went 2-3 with two runs batted in and was named hitter of the game. Joe Deitz threw five innings striking out seven. He allowed just two hits on his way to pitcher of the game.

Action Baseball White defeated Fort Worth Cats, 5-0, in Game 2 at Mountain View. Aidan Shepardson went 2-3 with one triple, one double and one RBI. Shepardson was named player of the game. Check him out with his teammate below.

Grant Roberts went 2-3 with one RBI. ABA’s Tristin Lively went 1-2 with one triple, one RBI and one walk. Roberts and Lively were named hitters of the game.

Texas Stix 2018 defeated Thrive Baseball, 8-3, in Game 2 at Tarleton State. Stix’s Jacob Speaker threw six innings striking out three and giving up two runs on his way to the pitcher of the game. His teammate Jack McBride went 2-4 with one RBI and was named hitter of the game.

In Game 3 at Tarleton State, Action Baseball Green defeated Lightning Baseball, 9-2. For Lightning, LHP Zach Sundine threw four innings striking out five on his way to pitcher of the game. Action’s Omar Alzer went 3-3 with one RBI and was named hitter of the game.

DBAT Schkade held off Dallas Tigers Watten, 6-4, in Game 1 at TCU. On the mound for DBAT was Riggs Threadgill who threw five innings striking out eight. He gave up three hits on his way to the victory and pitcher of the game. Diego Muniz came in to get the save. He threw one inning striking out one. On offense, Rhett Parker went 2-2 with one triple, three runs batted in and two runs scored on his way to hitter of the game. Tigers’ Pierce McFarlane was 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in. He also had a nice outfield assist which you can watch in the video embedded below.

EC Sox defeated Mac N Seitz, 5-3, in Game 2 at TCU. Mac N Seitz‘s Tre Morris went 1-3 with one RBI with his teammate Connor Hughes doing the same. EC Sox’s Amani Larry went 2-2 with three stolen bases and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. Andy Heckmon threw three innings striking out four and picked up the win. Heckmon was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 at TCU, ABA 2018 defeated Twelve Silver 16U, 3-1. On the mound for ABA was Mitchell Parker, a 2018 LHP, who ranged from 86-89 MPH and hit 92 on the radar gun. Parker threw five innings striking out six with one earned run on his way to the win. Joseph Menefee threw four innings striking out four without allowing an earned run. Both Parker and Menefee were named pitchers of the game.

Texas Stix 2018 defeated Dallas Mustangs Randle, 10-1, in Game 4 from TCU. For the Mustangs, Brendan Bratton went 2-2 with one RBI. For the Stix, David Vanvooren went 3-4 with one double, one RBI and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. On the mound, Noah Brown threw all seven innings striking out three. He allowed one earned run and was named pitcher of the game.

Dallas Tigers Woods defeated the South Texas Sliders, 5-1, in Game 5 at TCU. Parker Bateman threw all seven innings and struck out four on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Jaxx Groshans went 2-4 with one triple, one RBI and one run scored. Mark Ready went 2-4 with two runs batted in, one stolen base and one run scored. Both Groshans and Ready were named hitters of the game.

UTA

Arsenal Stars brought their bats to UTA for their Game 1 victory over Amarillo Titans 2018, 11-1. Pryce Anderson threw six innings striking out three and giving up two hits on his way to pitcher of the game. Cooper Elliot went 4-4 with one double and four runs batted in. He also scored twice. Noah Leff went 2-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored. Casey Mayes went 2-3 with one triple, one RBI and two runs scored. All three were named hitters of the game.

LBA Hays defeated Mizuo USA Baseball, 10-4, in Game 2 at UTA. On the mound, Joaquin Munoz threw 4.1 innings striking out five on his way to pitcher of the game. Aaron Bly went 3-4 with one triple, one double, three runs batted in and one run scored. Alexander Wierzba went 3-4 with one triple, two runs batted in and one run scored. Both Bly and Wierzba were named hitters of the game. Also to note, Mizuno’s Hayden Kerns went 3-4 with one triple, two runs batted in and one run scored.

It was a batlle of the lefties in Game 3 at UTA with LBA Hays coming up victorious, 5-1, over Oklahoma Fuel. LBA’s Connor Carlton threw all seven innings striking out just as many (7) and giving up three hits. He allowed just one walk and one earned run on his way to the win. Fuel’s TJ Mullins threw five innings striking out seven and allowing no walks. Both Carlton and Mullins were named pitchers of the game.

In Game 4 at UTA, Mac N Seitz defeated Dallas Dodgers 16 Black, 9-4. Kaden Helsel threw two no-hit innings striking out two without walking any batters. Helsel was named pitcher of the game. On offense, Daniel Hammond shined the brightest as he went 2-4 with one triple, one double and one run scored. Hammond was named hitter of the game.

Twelve Silver 16U defeated DBAT Schake, 4-1, in Game 5 at UTA. Twelve’s Carson Rollins went 3-3 while Hayden Ebrecht went 2-4 with one double and two runs scored. Joseph Menefee went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game. On the mound, Colson Geisler threw four innings and struck out eight batters. He gave up just one hit and was named pitcher of the game.

Weatherford

EM Majors defeated Texas Stix 2019, 9-3, in Game 1 at Weatherford. Kam’ron Hunter stood out at the plate and on the mound. The 2018 from Bentonville High School went 2-5 at the plate with one triple. On the mound, he threw one inning striking out three and hitting 91 on the radar. Check him out below. Hunter was named player of the game.

Dallas Mustangs Sharp 2019 held on for the victory over DBAT Gowins, 4-3, in Game 2 at Weatherford. Sage Hampton went 2-3 with two runs batted in and was named hitter of the game for his performance. Bobby Witt Jr. went 3-3 with one double and one stolen base on his way to player of the game.

Dallas Patriots Sherard narrowly defeated Dallas Tigers Hernandez, 4-3, in Game 3 at Weatherford. Patriots’ Cade Currington went 2-3 with two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game. Tigers’ Cameron Constantine also had a solid day at the plate going 2-3 with one RBI. Constantine swiped a bag as well.

In Game 4 at Weatherford, Texas Stix 2019 defeated Dallas Mustangs Sharp 2019, 9-4. On the mound, Aaron Plotkin threw 5.1 innings and struck out three. He was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, Jacob Guerrero went 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in. Guerrero was named hitter of the game.

DBAT Gowins knocked off Dallas Patriots Sherard, 8-6, in Game 5 from Weatherford. Patriots’ Braden Webb went 1-1 with two walks and two runs batted in. DBAT’s Julian Colombo went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in. Hitter of the game was Izzy Lopez who went 3-3 with one triple and one RBI. It was all San Antonio Angels as they defeated Columbia Angels, 8-0, in Game 1 at TCU. On the mound, Nick Hamel threw a complete game shutout striking out eight and allowing just three hits. Hamel was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, Garrett Wilkinson went 2-4 with one home run, one double and three runs batted in. Luis Hernandez went 4-4 with two runs scored and two stolen bases. And Chandler Eaton went 2-3 with one home run and four runs batted in. All three were named hitters of the game.

Cason Tollett went 1-3 as well. Tollett was solid behind the plate throwing out three base runners on his way to player of the game.

Texas Stix 2017 held off BBA Titans Cavalli, 6-4, in Game 3 at TCU. London Green was stellar at the plate going 2-3 with two triples and three runs batted in. On the mound, Brayden Dragoo threw two no-hit innings with one strikeout. Titans’ Brody Gibson threw three innings striking out four without allowing a run. Both Gibson and Dragoo were named pitchers of the game.

In Game 4 at TCU, EM Majors defeated Dallas Mustangs Sharp 2019, 8-3. Blake Adams threw four innings surrending two hits and one run. He hit 88 MPH on the radar gun in the first inning. Adams picked up the win on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Cason Tollett went 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in. He also scored one run. Devon Koonce went 2-2 with one RBI. Both Tollett and Koonce were named hitters of the game. For the Mustangs, Ethan Carroll went 2-2 with one walk.

The right-handed starting pitcher threw all seven innings striking out nine and giving up one earned run on his way to the W. McCollum was named pitcher of the game. At the plate, Titans’ Jacob Bailey went 2-3 with one triple. Sliders’ Jake Zatopek went 3-3 with one double and two runs batted in. Zatopek was named hitter of the game for his morning performance.

Academy Select Sun Devils defeated South Texas Sliders, 11-2, in Game 2 at UTA. Sliders’ Blake Thistlethwaite went 2-3 with one run scored. Bo Gonzales went 2-3 with two doubles and one RBI on his way to co-hitter of the game. Sun Devils’ Lance Russell went 2-4 with one double. Brett Cain went 3-4 with one RBI and one run scored on his way to the other co-hitter of the game. On the mound, Marcos Reyes threw five innings striking out three. Pro Source Athletics Abbott defeated San Antonio Angels, 7-0, in Game 4 at UTA. Wyatt Hasson threw all seven innings giving up just three hits. He struck out one on his way to pitcher of the game. Jacob Nesbit went 2-2 with one double and three runs batted in. He scored once and was named hitter of the game. In the field, Jalen Hurt made six outs and had a great catch in centerfield.

In Game 5 at UTA, Dallas Patriots Sherard defeated Texas Stix 2019, 4-2. Braden Webb threw 6.1 innings striking out two. Mac N Seitz defeated Twelve Silver 16U, 4-1, in Game 1 at Weatherford. Connor Hughes threw six innings striking out four and allowing just three hits on his way to player of the game. For Twelve, Chris Parsons came in during a bases loaded jam to record the inning-ending strike out. He then threw 2.1 more no-hit innings striking out a total of three. Parsons was named pitcher of the game.

EC Sox defeated ABA 2018, 7-2, in Game 2 at Weatherford. Sox’s Amani Larry went 2-3 with one double. Josh Hill went 1-2 with two runs batted in. And Eric Newsom went 1-3 with an RBI. CJ Willis was all over the place as he went 2-2 with one triple, two walks, two stolen bases and two runs scored. Willis was named player of the game. And on the mound, Cade Hodges threw 3.1 no-hit innings on his way to co-pitcher of the game. ABA’s Stephen Barboa went five innings striking out just as many (5) on his way to the other co-pitcher of the game.

In Game 4 at Weatherford, Texas Stix 2018 defeated DBAT Schkade, 3-2. Kayden Krowka threw three no-hit innings striking out two on his way to pitcher of the game. Timothy Richmond went 2-3 at the plate and swiped one bag on the diamond. Richmond was named hitter of the game.

Academy Select Sun Devils defeated Dallas Tigers Woods, 9-1, in Game 5 at Weatherford. Daniel Cole threw five innings striking out five and giving up one run. At the plate, Cole went 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in as well. Cole was named player of the game.
