In Game 1 from DBU, DFW Twins 17U White defeated UBC 17U Embry, 7-6. Player of the game was Twins’ Aldo Cavillo who went 3-4 and hit the two-run walk-off. Also to note, Zachariah Ray went 2-2 with one double, two runs batted in and one run scored, Jake Maroney went 2-3 with one double, Mason Kennedy went 2-3 with one double and one run scored.

In Game 2 from DBU, NTXBC Dirtbags 2022 Hansen/Allerheiligen defeated USA Prime Martin, 4-3. Player of the game was Preston Snead who went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. Also to note, John Mateer went 2-3 with two doubles and two runs scored. Also to note, Gunnar Tuininga who struck out two over four, Jack Curtis struck out two over three and Luke May struck out two over three.

 

Thursday, July 8

DBU

In Game 1 from DBU, NTXBC Dirtbags 2023 McPike defeated Stix 2022 South Black, 4-2. Pitcher of the game was Aaron Coleman who struck out three over five. Hitter of the game was Kelson Cotner who went 2-3 with one double, two runs batted in and two runs scored. Also to note, Patrick Hudson struck out two over four, Aidan Lee went 2-3 with one double and Chris Darner went 2-3 with one RBI. 

In Game 2 from DBU, USA Prime Parra blanked Diamond Prospects 2022, 3-0. Player of the game was Parra’s Jonathan Alvardo who struck out 12 over seven scoreless. Hitter of the game was Wellington Stephens who went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in. Also to note, Jameson Ross struck out eight over five. 

In Game 3 from DBU, Stix 2022 South Black defeated Ft Worth Cats 17U Black, 8-6. Player of the game was Declan Williams who hit one home run and drove in two runs. Also to note, Sully Hill went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and one run scored, Riley Nelson went 2-3 with two doubles, one RBI and two runs scored and Marcus Albart went 2-2 with one RBI. 

In Game 4 from DBU, Dallas Patriots 17U Durham defeated Sandlot 17U Gurss, 8-7. Player of the game was Will Franklin who went 2-2 with one double and two runs scored. Also to note, Kenneth Hayes went 2-3 with two runs scored, Jake Koczo drove in three runs and scored one, Gage Gilchrist went 2-3 with two doubles, two runs batted in and one run scored, Ethan Rone went 2-2 with one double, one RBI and two runs scored and Colyn McNair hit one home run and drove in two runs.

In Game 1 from Denton Guyer, NTX Bulls 17U Pittman defeated DFW Twins 17U Red, 8-5. Player of the game was Brian Hanson who went 2-2 with one double, one triple and one run scored. Hitter of the game was Lawson Lopez who went 1-2 with one triple, two runs batted in and one run scored. 

In Game 2 from Denton Guyer, DFW Twins 17U Red defeated Dallas Tigers Micucci, 8-5. Player of the game was Twins’ Benji Sanchez who went 4-4 with one double, two triples, one RBI and one run scored. Hitter of the game was Tyler Ward who went 2-3 with one double, one home run, three runs batted in and two runs scored. Also to note, Trent Casey went 3-4 with two doubles and one RBI. 

Game 3 from Denton Guyer resulted in a 3-3 tie between NTX Bulls 17U Pittman and Texas Hardball. Player of the game was Keegan Courtney who went 2-3 with one double and one home run. Also to note, Kadyn Hall allowed one earned run over five. 

Lake Dallas

In Game 1 from Lake Dallas, North Dallas Baseball Academy defeated DFW Twins 17U White, 10-5. Player of the game was North Dallas Baseball Academy’s Kevin Rude who went 2-3 with one triple, three runs batted in and one run scored. Pitcher of the game was Harper Howard who struck out three over two. Also to note, Marcus Peters hit one double and drove in two runs. Ryan Ornelas belted one home run.

In Game 2 from Lake Dallas, UBC 17U Embry defeated Rake City, 10-9. Player of the game was Connor Cassano who went 2-3 with one triple and one RBI. Pitcher of the game was Robert Alfred who threw one hitless inning. Also to note, Max Kessner went 2-3 with two runs scored, Luke Embry went 1-2 with one double and Tyler Brownlee went 2-3 with two doubles and one RBI. 

In Game 3 from Lake Dallas, GPS Legends 17U Weikert defeated DFW Twins 17U White, 7-4. Player of the game was Trent Eller who went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and one run scored. Pitcher of the game was John William Snell who allowed one hit over two and one-third. Also to note, Jack Stainoha went 2-3 with one run scored and Michael Durkin hit one triple and drove in one run.

TCU

Game 1 from TCU resulted in an 8-8 tie between Stix 2022 Prospects Red and Dallas Tigers Micucci. Player of the game was Manny Perez who went 3-4 with one double, one RBI and one run scored. Also to note, Blake Armstrong went 2-4 with one double, one RBI and one run scored and Colin Parks went 2-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored. 

In Game 2 from TCU, Stix 2023 Prospects Black defeated Stix 2022 Prospects White, 5-4. Player of the game was Stix’s Reagan Kitner who went 4-4 with one double, two runs batted in and one run scored. Also to note, Levi Risenhoover went 2-4 with one triple and one run scored. Connor Olson went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in.  

In Game 3 from TCU, Stix 2023 Scout blanked USA Prime Martin, 13-0. Player of the game was Peyton Martin who struck out three over two hitless. Hitter of the game was Lazaro Alvarado who went 2-3 with one double and one run scored. Also to note, Kyndall Cassidy hit one double, two runs batted in and scored one run. 

In Game 4 from TCU, NTXBC Dirtbags 2022 Hansen/Allerheiligen defeated KC Wildcats, 5-3. Player of the game was Dylan Turner who struck out seven over four. Also to note, Jack Curtis hit one double and drove in three runs. Jonathan Ludwig went 2-3 with two doubles and two runs batted in. 

In Game 5 from TCU, KC Wildcats defeated Stix 2023 Scout, 6-5. Player of the game was Tommy LaPour who went 2-3 with one run scored. Also to note, Brayden Randle went 2-2 with one double, one RBI and two runs scored. Kyndall Cassidy struck out seven over four.
