Castro tallied a double, two RBI, and reached base via two walks. Also to note, JJ Castro racked up four strikeouts in five innings of work.

In Game 3 from Cornerstone Christian, Hooks Baseball 18U defeated Canes Southwest Morgan 2020, 8-3. Colt Ozmen was named player of the game after a 1-2 day at the dish. Ozmen ripped a double and tacked on two key RBI. Also to note, Isaac Gonzalez was 2-4 with a double and a home run.

In Game 4 from Cornerstone Christian, PB 18U blanked Texas Lions San Antonio, 11-0. Andrew Dickson was named player of the game after reaching base three times. Dickson drove in three runs and also scored once.

In Game 5 from Cornerstone Christian, Marucci Elite Texas Pinon outmatched Texas Select Mustangs 18U Villarreal, 12-2. Matthew Martinez was named player of the game after a stellar night at the plate. Martinez was 4-4 with a double, triple, RBI, and four runs scored.

DBAT Field 5

In Game 1 from DBAT Field 5, Triple Play 16U Red Gonzales outlasted Test Baseball 16U Red, 11-8. Kelton Phillips was named player of the game after a nice showing at the dish. Phillips was 1-2 with two RBI, two walks, and two runs scored.

In Game 2 from DBAT Field 5, Barracuda Baseball blanked GPS Legends 16U Elmore, 10-0. Jonas Ledesma was named player of the game after a spectacular showing at the plate. Ledesma was 1-2 with a home run and five RBI. Sonny Sosa impressed on the mound and took home pitcher of the game. Sosa struck out three in five scoreless innings of work.

In Game 3 from DBAT Field 5, Naturals Baseball Club blanked Marucci Elite Texas Rackley, 9-0. Jackson Lee was named player of the game after going 2-3 with a double and two RBI. Also to note, Ryan Hix was 2-4 with a home run and three RBI.

DBAT Field 6

In Game 1 from DBAT Field 6, PB 16U and Hustle 16U tied, 11-11. Maverick Garcia did it all and was named player of the game. Garcia was 3-3 with an RBI at the dish and also struck out three in three gutsy innings of work. Also to note, Jaylen Ramirez was named hitter of the game after an impressive morning at the plate. Ramirez was 2-3 with a home run and three RBI.

In Game 2 from DBAT Field 6, Texas Pro United/Prospect U Sanchez outlasted Canes Southwest Cantu 2022, 8-7. Jordan Fernandez led the way at the plate and took home player of the game. Fernandez was 2-3 with a double, an RBI, and a run scored.

In Game 3 from DBAT Field 6, Triple Play 16U Black Kjos bested Texas Pro United/Prospect U Sanchez, 9-0. Jacob Faltasek was named player of the game after going 1-3 and tallying the walk off hit. Nathan Howard was named hitter of the game after going 2-3 with a triple and an RBI.

In Game 4 from DBAT Field 6, South Texas Sliders 16U Galaviz defeated LightsOut 16U White, 7-4. Hays Chaney was named player of the game after a dominant outing on the mound. Chaney allowed only two earned runs on three hits and struck out four in six innings of work. Also to note, Caden Meuth was named hitter of the game after going 2-4 with an RBI.

In Game 5 from DBAT Field 6, LBC State Lindeman topped Texas Turn 2, 9-5. Garret Read was named player of the game after going 2-4 with a triple and two RBI. Also to note, Jared Hyman was named pitcher of the game after striking out five in three scoreless innings of work.

DBAT Field 7

In Game 1 from DBAT Field 7, Vendetta Baseball 16U outlasted South Texas Sliders 16U Larsen, 8-6. Jorge Rodriguez had a spectacular morning in the box and took home player of the game honors. Rodriguez was 3-3 with two home runs, three RBI, and three runs scored. Also to note, Corey Cann was named hitter of the game after a belting a home run and driving in three runs.

In Game 2 from DBAT Field 7, Marucci Elite LaRue outmatched Alamo Drillers 2023, 12-2. Aiden Gonzalez led the way at the dish and was named player of the game after belting a home run and tallying four RBI. Caleb Meyer earned hitter of the game after going 2-3 with a home run and two RBI.

In Game 3 from DBAT Field 7, GPS Legends 16U Montgomery outlasted TX Athletics 16U Founders Club, 11-10. Travis Sykora was named player of the game after continuing a stellar weekend. Sykora was 3-4 with a home run, and four RBI.

DBAT Field 8

In Game 1 from DBAT Field 8, GPS Legends 17U Puffer blanked Lobos Baseball 2021, 13-0. Carson Babb was named player of the game after going 2-2 with a double and three RBI. Caden Crane earned pitcher of the game after striking out seven and allowing only one hit in five innings of work. Also to note, John Riden was 2-2 with two RBI.

In Game 2 from DBAT Field 8, Hustle 17U topped Lobos Baseball 2021, 7-1. Jake Perez was named player of the game after going 3-3 with a double and four RBI. Perez also impressed on the mound as he surrendered only one run and struck out three in six innings of work.

In Game 3 from DBAT Field 8, LightsOut 17U blanked Texas Oilers 17U Hamblin/Hancock, 6-0. Koy Carpenter was named player of the game after going 2-3 with a run scored and a walk. Also to note, LightsOut 17U’s pitcher Jakob Cernohous was electric on the mound as he struck out 11 and allowed only three hits in six innings of work.

In Game 4 from DBAT Field 8, Texas Pro United/Prospect U Villarreal bested 2021 Test/Alamo Baseball, 10-2. David Robles was named player of the game after showing out at the plate. Robles was 3-3 with four RBI.

In Game 5 from DBAT Field 8, Hooks outlasted Texas Seminoles, 4-2. Ryan Wood was named player of the game after leading the way at the plate. Wood was 2-3 with an RBI, a run scored, and a walk.

YMCA Burnett Quad Field 1

In Game 1 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 1, Line Drive 15U and LBC Regional Carson tied, 5-5. Hunter Anderson turned out an excellent performance on the mound and was named player of the game. Anderson allowed only one hit and struck out six in 3.2 innings of work. Also to note, Luke Alley was 2-3 and scored two key runs.

In Game 2 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 1, LBC State Gamez bested Canes Southwest Morgan Gold, 11-4. Ethan Baugh was named player of the game after going 2-3 with a double and four RBI. Also to note, Kalen Cole Jaroszewski was not to be outdone after going 3-4 with a double, an RBI, three runs scored, and a stolen base.

In Game 3 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 1, Line Drive 15U defeated Triple Play 15U, 8-1. Luke Alley was named player of the game after going 3-3 with three RBI at the dish. Also to note, Caleb Thomas struck out four and allowed only two hits in five innings of work.

In Game 4 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 1, LBC State Agis outmatched Canes Southwest Morgan Gold, 14-3. Ryan Garza was named player of the game after going 2-3 with three RBI and two runs scored. Also to note, Max Williams tallied a triple, drove in three runs and stole two bases.

In Game 5 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 1, LBC State Agis outlasted GPS Legends 15U Bratcher, 10-9. Max Williams was named player of the game after reaching base three times. Williams collected a double, two walks, three RBI, two runs, and a stolen base as he led the way at the plate.

YMCA Burnett Quad Field 3

In Game 1 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 3, THZ Baseball blanked Batter’s Box 17U Jozwiak, 11-0. Ethan Boecker was named player of the game after going 1-2 with a home run and four RBI. Brendan Read look good on the mound and was awarded pitcher of the game. Read allowed only two hits and struck out five in five scoreless innings of work.

In Game 2 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 3, Austin Gloves bested Texas Pro United/Prospect U Olmstead, 5-2. Tyler Thomason was named player of the game after a great performance at the dish. Thomason belted a home run and drove in three runs to help propel the Gloves to victory.

In Game 3 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 3, Texas Pro United/Prospect U Olmstead blanked Canes Southwest Morgan 2021, 5-0. Victor Santana earned player of the game after leading the way on offense for TPU. Santana ripped a key home run and tacked on three RBI to propel his team to victory.

In Game 4 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 3, TX USA Baseball 16U Regional bested Texas Angels, 6-4. Vincent Banda was named player of the game after a dominant outing on the mound. Banda tossed a seven inning complete game and racked up 11 strikeouts. Also to note, Banda was 1-2 with two RBI.

In Game 5 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 3, GPS Legends 17U Weikert topped Texas Angels, 13-5. Andrew Leal was named player of the game after going 2-4 with a double, two RBI, and two runs scored.

In Game 6 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 3, GPS Legends 17U Weikert blanked Hooks Baseball 17U, 1-0. Reese Petersen turned out a spectacular performance on the mound and was named player of the game. Petersen allowed only two hits and struck out 10 in a complete game shutout.

YMCA Burnett Quad Field 4

In Game 1 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 4, GPS Legends 15U Fry outmatched Canes Southwest Morgan Black, 14-2. Greyson Guerin was named player of the game after leading the way at the dish. Guerin collected two hits, drove in three runs, and reached via a base on balls.

In Game 2 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 4, GPS Legends 15U Fry topped LBC State Corkill, 10-7. Blake Brinkmeyer was named player of the game after a great showing at the dish. Brinkmeyer was 3-4 with a double and two RBI.

In Game 3 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 4, Midland Baseball Academy 15U Navy blanked Team Ryze, 9-0. Josh Reed was named player of the game after striking out eight in six innings of work. Also to note, Elijah Wall was 2-4 with a double and three RBI as he led the way for MBA 15U Navy.

In Game 4 from YMCA Burnett Quad Field 4, Midland Baseball Academy 15U Navy bested Lobos Baseball De Leon, 6-3. Toby Delk was named player of the game after a strong performance on the bump. Delk allowed only one earned run on three hits and struck out nine in 5.2 innings of work.
