Wimberly was 3-3 with an RBI and a run scored. Omar Banda was named pitcher of the game after a great day at the ballpark. Banda allowed only one hit and struck out eight in four innings of work.

In Game 2 from DBAT Field 5, BVSB outlasted Texas Pro United/Prospect U Yelovich, 7-6. Kaden Williams took home player of the game after a strong day at the plate. Williams was 2-3 with a double and two RBI that proved to be instrumental in a tightly contested ballgame.

In Game 3 from DBAT Field 5, HllPower Athletics topped BVSB, 11-8. Marco Flores was awarded player of the game after leading the way for the Athletics. Flores was 2-2 with an RBI and also reached base via a walk.

In Game 4 from DBAT Field 5, Action 16U Watson defeated Hooks 16U, 7-3. Austin Kay was named player of the game after a solid showing at the dish. Kay was 2-3 with an RBI and proved to be a key contributor in a closely contested ballgame.

In Game 6 from DBAT Field 6, Canes Southwest SA 2023 outlasted Bowie Bulls 16U, 10-7. Brayden Welch was named player of the game after a huge night at the plate. Welch was 2-3 with a double and a whopping six RBI. Also to note, Welch added a stolen base and also scored once.

DBAT Field 7

In Game 1 from DBAT Field 7, HllPower Athletics bested Lonestar Baseball Club 2024 Corkill, 8-5. Marco Flores earned player of the game after a solid showing on the mound. Flores allowed only three hits and struck out four in five innings of work.

In Game 2 from DBAT Field 7, GPS Legends 15U Tweed outlasted Lonestar Baseball Cub 2024 Corkill, 3-2. Gavriel Metersky was named player of the game after doing a little bit of everything. Metersky was 2-3 with a home run and two RBI at the plate. On the mound, Metersky allowed only two hits and struck out three in 3.2 innings of work.

In Game 3 from DBAT Field 7, Canes Southwest Prime outmatched GPS Legends 15U Tweed, 12-2. Isaias Roman was lights out on the mound and was named player of the game. Roman did not allow a hit and racked up 11 punchouts in five innings of work. Also to note, Roman tallied two hits at the dish.

In Game 4 from DBAT Field 7, Lonestar Baseball Club 2024 Villarreal blanked Canes Southwest Prime, 5-0. Mike Barrera carried his team to victory and was named player of the game. Barrera tallied three hits at the plate and also tossed four scoreless innings on the mound. Barrera allowed only four hits and struck out five.

In Game 5 from DBAT Field 7, GPS Legends 16U Bratcher outmatched Line Drive 16U, 14-2. Will Morris had a huge evening at the plate and was named player of the game. Morris belted two home runs, drove in four runs, and scored twice to help kickstart his team’s potent offense.

DBAT Field 8

In Game 1 from DBAT Field 8, Hooks 17U outlasted Hardball 18U Hoefler, 4-2. Oscar Garza turned out a dominant performance on the mound and was named player of the game. Garza allowed only two runs on three hits and struck out seven in a seven inning complete game.

In Game 2 from DBAT Field 8, Austin Boom 17U and HTB Gil tied, 2-2. Clayten Mixon continued a hot weekend at the dish and earned player of the game. Mixon was 2-3 with a double, triple, and two runs scored. David Medina and Billy Burnett each took home a share of pitcher of the game. Burnett struck out five in seven innings and Medina racked up 13 punchouts in seven innings.

In Game 3 from DBAT Field 8, GPS Legends 17U Montgomery bested HTB Espinoza, 8-6. Bryson Dudley impressed at the dish and was named player of the game. Dudley was 2-3 with a home run and three RBI. Seth Taylor swung a hot bat and went 3-3 with a double. Also to note, Zach Zavala ripped a triple and drove in a run.

In Game 4 from DBAT Field 8, HTB Gil outlasted Canes Southwest Cantu 2022, 6-2. Clayten Mixon continued a blistering hot weekend and earned player of the game after another great performance. Mixon was 3-3 with a triple, home run, two RBI, three runs scored, and two stolen bases.

In Game 5 from DBAT Field 8, Texas Steel beat Texas Tornados, 3-2. Logan Davis was named player of the game after an impressive performance on the mound. Davis allowed only two runs and struck out five in five innings of work. Also to note, Landon Hyle was 2-3 with a run scored.

Our Lady of the Hills HS

In Game 1 from Our Lady of the Hills HS, West Texas Threat outmatched Canes Southwest SA 2024, 10-5. Kelvin Gamez was named player of the game after leading the way at the plate. Gamez was 2-3 with two doubles and four RBI. Also to note, Andrew Valenzuela took home pitcher of the game after not allowing a hit and striking out four in three innings of work.

In Game 2 from Our Lady of the Hills HS, Lonestar Baseball Club 2024 Villarreal bested Canes Southwest SA 2024, 18-2. Jesse Gomez was named player of the game after a big day at the plate. Gomez was 3-3 with a double and two RBI. Paul Jaramillo was named hitter of the game after going 2-3 with two doubles and two RBI.

In Game 3 from Our Lady of the Hills HS, Hooks Baseball 18U topped Texas Pro United Luna, 10-8. Matt Torres earned player of the game honors after a clutch performance at the dish. Torres ripped a double and drove in two key runs that proved to be the difference maker.

In Game 4 from Our Lady of the Hills HS, Bowie Bulls 18U defeated Alamo City Baseball Club, 7-3. Zach Garcia was named player of the game after proving to be a key difference maker. Garcia belted a grand slam home run that ended up being the decider in the game.

In Game 5 from Our Lady of the Hills HS, Canes Southwest SA 2021 and Texas Pro United/Prospect U Stein, 5-5. Isaiah Aldana turned out a clutch performance at the plate and was named player of the game. Aldana belted a key two-run home run that proved instrumental in a tight ballgame.
