Luke Jones (Premier Baseball Futures National 2023)

Premier Baseball Futures National 2023’s Luke Jones was exceptional at the plate in the Five Tool Texas Kickoff. The 2023 LHH from The Woodlands (TX) showed off his ability to hit to all fields and spray the ball all over the yard. Jones showed all weekend that he is going to be a tough out for pitchers all summer long. Look for this one to continue to hit for an extremely high average and showcase his natural talent at the plate.

The Woodlands (TX) 2023

Justin Vossos (AB National Team 16U Klein)

AB National Team 16U Klein’s Justin Vossos hit the cover off the baseball at the Five Tool Texas Kickoff. A 2022 Texas A&M commit, the RHH from Ridge Point (TX) was an extra-base hit machine and was instrumental in AB National’s big weekend. Vossos showed off his quick bat and pull-side power all weekend long. Vossos will most certainly continue to be in the summer showcase spotlight for the remainder of the summer and will be a huge part of the Ridge Point Panthers next spring.

Steele Bardwell (Scorpions Team Easton)

Scorpions Team Easton’s Steele Bardwell displayed his big time power at the Five Tool Texas Kickoff this past weekend. The uncommitted 2021 RHH from Willis (TX) proved to be a problem for opposing pitchers as four of his five hits went for extra bases. Bardwell is a rising senior that has shown the ability to stay on baseballs and drive them to the power alleys. Get on this one now.

Tanner Chelette (AB National Team 16U Klein)

AB National Team 16U Klein’s Tanner Chelette formed a formidable one-two punch with teammate and fellow Dude of the Weekend, Justin Vossos. The 2022 Rice commit hit the ball all over the yard at the Five Tool Texas Kickoff and tallied a number of extra-base hits. Chelette swings a quick bat and showcased that he can spray the ball to all fields. Chelette showed that he can be a huge RBI producer for AB National and will continue to put up gaudy numbers this summer.

Home School (TX) 2022

John Maldonado Jr. (AB National Team 17U Ina)

AB National Team 17U Ina’s John Maldonado Jr. was electric at the plate and in the field during the Five Tool Texas Kickoff. The sweet swinging LHH Texas A&M Corpus-Christi commit, Kauffman (TX) 2021, has star potential written all over him as he puts up impressive stat lines week in and week out. Look out for this dude because he is a special player that can be a difference maker not only in the box, but in the infield as well.

Chase Arnaud (Chargers 18U)

Chargers 18U’s Chase Arnaud was a force in the box at the Five Tool Texas Kickoff. The Grayson College signee from Clear Springs (TX) proved to be a tough out as he hit the ball well all weekend. Arnaud is an on-base machine and provides great pop to the top of the order The RHH will be a name to watch for in the spring as he makes his debut as Grayson.

Noah Olivera (Dallas Elite 2023 Hernandez)

Dallas Elite 2023 Hernandez’s Noah Olivera crushed the ball all over the field at the Five Tool Texas Kickoff. The Colony (TX) 2023 RHH drove the ball and highlighted his quick hands and plate coverage this past weekend. Olivera is an up and coming prospect that can set the table for the middle half of the order. Keep an eye on this dude.

Weston Moss (Premier Baseball Futures National 2023)

Premier Baseball Futures National 2023’s Weston Moss was a standout performer on the bump at the Five Tool Texas Kickoff. The RHP is an uncommitted 2023, Oak Ridge (TX), that has a great frame and even more room to add velocity. Moss throws with intent on the mound and showcased great arm action this weekend. This dude is a can’t miss prospect and will continue to develop into a pure power ace.

Josh Phillips (AB National Team 17U Ina)

AB National Team 17U Ina’s Josh Phillips was superb on the rubber during the Five Tool Texas Kickoff. An uncommitted RHP, Bridgeland (TX) 2021, he highlighted his powerful lower half and lit up the radar gun this weekend. Phillips can continue to grow into his frame and pick up MPH on his fastball. This one can be a difference maker for a collegiate ball club, take notice.

Henry Fernelius (AB National Team 17U Matt Fox)

AB National Team 17U Matt Fox’s Henry Fernelius racked up strikeouts at the Five Tool Texas Kickoff. An uncommitted 2021 LHP, St. John’s (TX), Fernelius has a short, quick arm action that can deceive hitters at the plate and gives late life to his fastball. Get on this one now.
