In Game 1 at Baseball USA 1Dallas Tigers Burgos defeated Action Baseball Ramos, 4-0.  Mason Green went 2-3 for Dallas and he was named player of the game.  On the mound, Tyler Morgan threw four hitless innings and struck out six.  He was named pitcher of the game.

Marucci Elite Texas 16U Thistlethwaite defeated Dynasty Baseball 16U Blue, 12-6, in Game 2 at Baseball USA 1.  Marucci’s Landon Roque went 4-5 with a double, three singles, one RBI, three runs scored and a stolen base.  Roque was named player of the game.  On the mound,  Jake Arthur pitched five innings with six strikeouts.  Arthur allowed three hits and was named pitcher of the game.  Also to note, Andre Duplantier went 2-4 with two singles and three RBI’s.

Baseball USA 10

Dynasty Baseball 16U Black defeated Hunter Pence Cunningham, 12-5, in Game 1 at Baseball USA 10. At the plate, Tre Richardson carried Dynasty by hitting for the cycle with four RBI’s and three runs scored.  Richardson was named player of the game.  His teammate, Alex Medrano, had a good day on the mound.  Medrano pitched six innings with six strikeouts and only allowed two hits on the way to being named pitcher of the game. In Game 2 at Baseball USA 10Dallas Tigers Bankston defeated Premier Baseball Futures 16U Flores, 11-6.  Dallas’ Brooks Bedinger went 2-2 with two doubles and one RBI on his way to being named player of the game.  Also to note, Wyatt Rohmer went 2-4 with two RBI’s.

Rice

Dallas Mustangs Sharp defeated Clutch Athletics 16U, 6-5, in Game 1 at Rice.  At the plate, Jakob Berger went 2-4 with a triple, a double, one RBI, and run scored. He was named player of the gameHitter of the game was Mason Greer who went 2-2 with a double, an RBI, and one run scored.

In Game 2 at RiceMarucci Elite Texas 17U Dunn defeated Texas Twelve Baseball 17U Black, 9-0.  Simeon Woods-Richardson carried the offense for Marucci going 4-4 with a triple, one double (see below), one RBI and three runs scored.  He was named player of the game.  Also to note, Peyton Lewis went 2-3 with two RBI’s and two runs scored.

Hardball 17U defeated Border Bombers Luna, 11-6, in Game 3 at Rice.  Hardball’s Tyler Reinhardt was impressive going 2-2 with one RBI and one run scored.  Reinhardt was named player of the game

In Game 1 at SHSUFrozen Ropes 17U Ladd defeated San Antonio Kings 17U Martinez, 5-4.  Brooks Knightstep hit a clutch triple to tie the game for the Frozen Ropes late in the game.  He finished the morning going 2-3 with that triple and one RBI’s on his way to player of the game.  Cesar Paz sealed the victory with a bunt in the bottom of the 7th inning to score the winning run.  Paz went 3-3 with two RBI’s and one run scored.  Also to note, Cade Galvan went 3-3 with two triples and two RBI’s for San Antonio.

Texas Stix Black defeated Houston Athletics Santiago, 4-0, in Game 2 at SHSU.  Tim Richmond went 3-3 with two triples (see one below), three runs scored, and was named player of the game.  On the mound, Nico Cole pitched seven innings with six strikeouts and was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 at SHSUDBAT Self defeated Amarillo Titans Van Buren, 17-12.  At the plate, Branson Ward went 2-4 with two doubles, three RBI’s, and three runs scored.  Ward was named player of the game.  Dayne Galligan (2-3 with a double, an RBI, and two runs scored) and Yealex Lopez (1-1 with a triple and two RBI’s) were named hitters of the game.  

South Texas Sliders 17U Barrera narrowly defeated Powerice Prospects 17U, 7-5, in Game 4 at SHSU.  Dee Torres went 2-3 with one run scored and a good play on defense for South Texas.  Torres was named player of the game.  For Powerice, Mason Lytle went 2-3 with a double and two RBI’s while Carter Goldston went 2-4 with a double and one RBI.

Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon defeated Texas Colt 45’s Baseball, 4-1, in Game 5 at SHSU.  Premier’s Nathan Wellman went 2-3 with a double and one run scored on his way to being named player of the game.  On the mound, Connor Phillips pitched three scoreless innings with one strikeout.  He was named pitcher of the game.  Also to note, Jared Chambers went 3-3 with a double while Cameron Vaselakos went 2-3 with a double and one RBI.

In Game 1 at U of HHit King Academy Baseball defeated Lobos Baseball 17U, 7-1.  For Hit King Academy, Drevian Nelson went 1-3 with a double and one RBI.  He had some good defensive plays in center field and was named player of the game.  His teammate, Corbin Vines pitched five innings with five strikeouts and only allowed two hits.  He was named pitcher of the game.

Hunter Pence Allen defeated Performance Baseball 17U, 4-2, in Game 2 at U of H.  Clayton Canion went 3-3 with three singles and one run scored on his way to being named player of the game.

Premier 3

In Game 1 at Premier 3, Houston Athletics 15U Black defeated Premier Baseball Futures 15U Starling, 2-0. On the mound, Austin Dean threw seven scoreless innings and had four strikeouts. He allowed two hits on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Ryan Pavlik went 2-3 with one RBI and walked once. He was named hitter of the game.

In Game 2 at Premier 3Performance Baseball 15U defeated AS Sundevils 15U Sumbler, 4-0.  Kolby Parker pitched seven scoreless innings with eleven strikeouts for Performance Baseball.  He was named player of the game.

Dallas Patriots Stout defeated Action Baseball 16U Jackson, 11-1, in Game 3 at Premier 3.  Dallas’ Caden Carlson led the offense by going 2-3 with a triple, five RBI’s, and one run scored.  Carlson was named player of the game.

Premier 4

Premier Baseball Futures 17U Mitchell defeated Border Bombers 16U Luna, 6-2, in Game 1 at Premier 4. On the mound, Drake Dalton threw five innings and struck out four batters. Dalton was named pitcher of the game.  At the plate, Breannan Brandes went 2-3 with three RBI’s and one run scored.  Brandes was named player of the gameHitter of the game was Robert Casey who went 1-3 with a double, one RBI, and two runs scored.

Woodlands Premier 15U narrowly defeated Marucci Elite Texas 15U Carroll, 3-2, in Game 2 at Premier 4Lane Williams went 3-4 with two RBI’s for Woodlands Premier and was named player of the game.  His teammate, Will Thomas pitched three innings and had one strikeout.  He only allowed one hit and was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 at Premier 4, Dallas Mustangs Sharp defeated Hardball 16U, 6-1.  Nate Rombach went 2-3 with a home run, a double, three RBI’s and a run scored for Dallas.  Rombach was named player of the game.  On the mound, Blake Marsh pitched 5.2 innings with four strikeouts and only allowed one earned run.  He was named pitcher of the game.  Also to note, Sage Hampton went 2-4 with two doubles and one RBI.

Premier 5

Dallas Tigers Arias defeated Amarillo Titans 2020, 14-2, in Game 1 at Premier 5.  Dallas’ Dominic Johnson went 1-1 with a grand slam (see below), four RBI’s, a stolen base, and two runs scored.  Johnson was named hitter of the game.  Kevin Marshall pitched three innings with four strikeouts and allowed zero earned runs.  Marshall also went 1-1 with a home run with three RBI’s and one run scored.  He was named player of the game

In Game 2 at Premier 5, Dallas Tigers 15U Hernandez defeated Houston Athletics 15U Gold, 8-6.  Dallas’ Mark Anzaldua went 2-3 with three RBI’s and two runs scored.  He was named player of the game.  For Houston, Deundre Jones went 1-3 with a home run.

In Game 3 at Premier 5, Hunter Pence Cunningham defeated NTX Dirtbags 16U, 9-0.  On the mound, Tyler Thompson pitched four innings with six strikeouts for Hunter Pence Cunningham.  He was named player of the game.  His teammate, Kyle Bearden went 2-4 with a triple and two runs scored on his way to being named hitter of the game.

Premier 6

NTX Dirtbags 15U defeated Hunter Pence Calhoun, 13-6, in Game 1 at Premier 6.  Jacob Bannister went 2-4 with one RBI and one run scored.  Bannister was named player of the gameRiley Garcia went 2-4 with two RBI’s, two runs scored, and was named hitter of the game.

In Game 2 at Premier 6, Play Like a Pro Bulldogs defeated Premier Baseball Futures 16U Flores, 11-5.  Colt Ellison went 1-2 with a triple, three RBI’s, two runs scored, and was named player of the game.  Also to note, AJ Mendolia went 2-4 with a double while Cole Kracmer went 2-4 with a double and two RBI’s.

Premier 7

Marucci Elite Texas 15U Biggers defeated Premier Baseball Futures 15U, 10-2, in Game 1 at Premier 7.  Austin Hinson went 1-2 with a triple and two RBI’s. He scored twice on his way to hitter of the game.

Amarillo Titans 17U Evans defeated Border Bombers 16U Luna, 9-2, in Game 2 at Premier 7.  Amarillo’s Brett Williams pitched six scoreless innings and had five strikeouts.  He was name player of the gameKade Adkins (3-4 with three singles, one RBI, a stolen base, and one run scored) and Ryne Frederiksen (1-3 with a triple, two RBI’s, two runs scored, and a stolen base) had good days at the plate for Amarillo.  Both were named hitters of the game.

In Game 3 at Premier 7, Frozen Ropes Thornton 15U defeated Premier Baseball Futures 15U Moore, 11-2.  Zach Henry went 2-3 with one RBI, one run scored, and a stolen base for Frozen Ropes Thornton.  He was named player of the gameDawnson Goheen pitched 5 scoreless innings with two strikeouts on his way to being named pitcher of the game.  

Premier 8

Frozen Ropes Thornton defeated Prime Time 15U Black, 5-4, in Game 1 at Premier 8Caleb Nault went 2-2 with two RBI’s for Frozen Ropes.  He was named player of the game.  On the mound, Haeven Cichocki pitched 3.1 innings with seven strikeouts.  He allowed one earned run and was named pitcher of the game.  Also to note, Brady Bassham went 2-2 and scored a run for Prime Time.

Action Baseball 16U Jackson had a close, 5-4, victory over Prime Time 16U Black in Game 2 at Premier 8Tyler Lozano went 2-4 with a triple, one RBI, and a stolen base for Action Baseball.  Lozano was named player of the game.  On the mound, Preston Hackney had six strikeouts and allowed three earned runs.  He was named pitcher of the game.  Also to note, Dylan Vanwicklen went 2-3 with a double and RBI for Prime Time while Rhett Trlicek had the walk-off hit for Action Baseball. 

In Game 3 at Premier 8, Marucci Elite Texas 15U Biggers defeated Houston Athletics 15U Gold, 6-1.  On the mound, Maeker pitched four scoreless innings with three strikeouts for Marucci.  Maeker was named player of the game.  At the plate, Heath Cook went 2-3 with one run scored and Colson Cegielski went 2-4 with one run scored.  Both were named hitters of the game.

In Game 4 at Premier 3, NTX Dirtbags 16U defeated Dallas Tigers Burgos, 4-3.  Lance Barnett pitched 6.1 innings with four strikeouts for NTX.  Barnett also went 3-3 with a double, one RBI, two runs scored, and was named player of the game.  Teammate, Connor O’Neal went 1-3 with a triple and one RBI.  He was named hitter of the game.

In Game 2 at Premier 4, PrimeTime Baseball 16U Black defeated Hardball 16U, 6-3.  On the mound, Jermey Kristynik pitched a complete game for PrimeTime.  He allowed two earned runs and was named pitcher of the gameDylan Vanwicklen went 2-3 with a double, one RBI, and one run scored on his way to being named player of the game.  Also to note, Matt Flowers went 1-3 with two RBI’s and three stolen bases.  

Powerice Prospects 17U defeated Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon, 7-4, in Game 3 at Premier 4.  On the mound, Hayden Haffner pitched three scoreless innings and only allowed one hit.  He was named pitcher of the gameColin Jeter (2-3 with a double and one RBI), Dorian Resendez (2-3 with a double and one RBI), and Marcus Barrios (1-3 with a double and two RBI’s) were named hitters of the game.  

In Game 4 at Premier 4, Dallas Patriots Brooks defeated Hit King Baseball Academy 17U, 9-3.  Nick Davis went 1-2 with a big three-run home run, three RBI’s, and two runs scored for Dallas.  Davis was named player of the gamePreston Baumgartner went 2-3 with two doubles, one RBI, and a stolen base on his way to being named hitter of the game.

In Game 5 from Premier 4, Action Baseball 16 Ramos defeated NTX Dirtbags 16U, 6-1.  Derek Phillips pitched five scoreless innings with four strikeouts for Action Baseball.  He allowed five hits and was named player of the gameLogan Ballard went 2-3 with three RBI’s and one run scored.  He was named hitter of the game

Premier 5

AS Sundevils 15U Sumbler defeated Marucci Elite Texas 15U Carroll, 10-5, in Game 1 from Premier 5Player of the game was Campbell Sullivan for AS Sundevils.  Sullivan went 3-4 with a home run, three triples, four RBI’s and three runs scored.  Teammate, Garrett Williams went 2-4 with a double, an RBI, and a stolen base.  He was named hitter of the game.  Also to note, Walker Ashley 2-2 with two RBI’s for Marucci. 

In Game 2 at Premier 5, Dallas Tigers 15U Arias defeated Hunter Pence Calhoun, 11-5.  Pitcher of the game was Dallas’ Dylan DeLeon.  He pitched six innings with five strikeouts and only allowed one earned run.  Teammate, Bradley Missel went 2-3 with a home run, a double, four RBI’s and two runs scored.  Missel was named player of the game.  For Hunter Pence Calhoun, Alec Chavez Aranda went 1-1 with a home run and two RBI’s.

Houston Athletics 15U Black held off NTX Dirtbags 15U, 7-5, in Game 3 from Premier 5.  Houston’s Trent Cook went 2-3 with a double, three RBI’s, and was named player of the game.  For NTX, Josh Williams went 3-4 with three singles and one run scored.  He was named hitter of the game

Premier 6

In Game 1 at Premier 6, Performance Baseball 15U defeated Clutch Athletics 15U, 9-1.  Player of the game was Hagen Mangum for Performance Baseball.  Mangum went 3-4 with two RBI’s and two runs scored.

In Game 2 at Premier 6, Premier Baseball Futures 15U Starling defeated Amarillo Titans 2020, 9-5.  Clayton Miller went 2-3 with two runs scored, a walk, and three stolen bases.  Miller was named player of the game for his efforts.  

Premier Baseball Futures Starling defeated Dallas Tigers Arias, 10-7, in Game 3 at Premier 6Luke Negrete went 1-2 with a double, two RBI’s, two runs scored, and was named player of the game.

Premier 7

Phenom Texas 16U defeated Houston Athletics 16U Everett, 12-6, in Game 1 at Premier 7.  Phenom’s Luke Stine pitched four hitless innings with two strikeouts.  He also went 2-4 with a double and one RBI at the plate.  Stine was named player of the gameRowan Arrant (2-4 with a home run, a double, five RBI’s) and Grayson Coltharp (2-3 with two doubles and two RBI’s) were both named hitters of the game.

In Game 2 at Premier 7, Performance Baseball 15U defeated Woodlands Premier 15U, 6-4.  Justin Harris went 2-2 with a double and one run scored for Woodlands Premier.  He also pitched three hitless innings with three strikeouts.  Harris was named player of the game.  For Performance Baseball, Tyler Lee went 2-2 with two RBI’s and one run scored.  He was named hitter of the game.

In Game 3 at Premier 7, Woodlands Premier 15U defeated Clutch Athletics 15U, 9-0.  Cannon Starcke pitched five innings with one strikeout and allowed zero earned runs for Woodlands Premier.  He also went 1-3 with a single at the plate.  Starcke was named player of the gameHunter Campbell (1-2 with a single, two RBI’s, and two stolen bases) and Matthew Bulovas (2-3 with two singles and two runs scored) were both named hitters of the game.  

Houston Athletics 15U Gold defeated Premier Baseball Futures 15U Moore, 9-6, in Game 4 at Premier 7.  On the mound, Houston’s Will Burford pitched four innings and only allowed three hits.  He was named pitcher of the gameZack Bay went 1-2 with three RBI’s and a run scored on his way to being named player of the game.

In Game 5 at Premier 7, Hunter Pence Calhoun defeated Houston Athletics 15U Black, 8-2.  Rhett McCaffety pitched four innings with three strikeouts for Hunter Pence Calhoun.  He also went 2-4 at the plate with a triple, a double, and three RBI’s.  McCaffety was named player of the game.  

Premier 8

Dallas Mustangs Kervin 16U defeated Dallas Tigers Peterson 16U, 13-0, in Game 1 at Premier 8.  On the mound, Cade McCollum pitched five scoreless innings with three strikeouts.  McCollum only allowed four hits and was named pitcher of the game.  Teammate, Cole Antonelli went 3-3 with a triple, two RBI’s, two runs scored, and a stolen base.  He was named hitter of the game.  Also to note, Carter Bacci went 2-2 with a triple, a double, and two RBI’s.

In Game 2 at Premier 8, Dallas Tigers 15U Hernandez defeated Frozen Ropes Thornton 15U, 3-0.  Dallas’ Brandon Llewellyn controlled the game from the pitcher’s mound.  Llewellyn threw a complete game shutout and had 10 strikeouts.  He only allowed three hits and was named player of the game.  At the plate, Mark Anzaldua went 1-3 with a triple and one RBI on his way to being named hitter of the game.   

In Game 3 at Premier 8, Dallas Tigers 15U Hernandez defeated PrimeTime 15U Black, 8-5.  Dallas’ Brandon Llewellyn went 2-3 with a double, one RBI, and one run scored.  He was named player of the game.  Teammate, Hayden Ingram went 1-3 with a double and two RBI’s on his way to being named hitter of the game.  

Prime Time 15U Black held on to beat Marucci Elite Texas 15U Biggers, 9-8, in Game 4 at Premier 8Evan Young went 2-2 with four RBI’s, one run scored, and a stolen base for Prime Time.  Young was named player of the game.  Teammate, David Hankins went 1-1 with a double, two RBI’s, and two runs scored.  He was named hitter of the game.

In Game 5 from Premier 8, Amarillo Titans 2020 Wright defeated NTX Dirtbags 15U, 9-8.  Mason Hodge went 4-4 with two triples, and three RBI’s for NTX.  He was named hitter of the game.  Amarillo’s Bladen Covey went 3-4 with two doubles, one RBI, a stolen base and was named player of the game.

Baseball USA 1

In Game 1 at Baseball USA 1, Marucci Elite Texas 17U Lynch defeated San Antonio Kings 17U Benavidez, 12-2.  Marucci’s Calvin Whitaker went 3-4 with a triple, four RBI’s, and two runs scored.  Whitaker was named player of the game

Frozen Ropes 17U Ladd defeated Performance Baseball 17U, 11-5, in Game 1 from Baseball USA 10Jack Gee went 2-4 with a triple, four RBI’s, and three runs scored for Frozen Ropes.  Gee was named player of the game.

In Game 2 from Baseball USA 10, South Texas Sliders 17U defeated Action Baseball 17 Garcia, 4-3.  Player of the game was Eric Holder for South Texas.  Holder went 1-3 with a triple (see below) and three RBI’s.  On the mound, Dalton Brieger pitched six innings with five strikeouts and was named pitcher of the game.

Texas Colt 45’s narrowly defeated South Texas Sliders 17U Barrera, 1-0, in Game 3 from Baseball USA 10.  On the mound, Drew Baggerley pitched a complete with five strikeouts and only allowed three hits for the Texas Colt 45’s.  He was named player of the game.  For South Texas, Aron Galvan pitched six innings with ten strikeouts and was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 at Baseball USA 10, Marucci Elite Texas 2018 Dunn held off Hardball 17U Cathcart, 5-4.  Marucci’s Simeon Woods-Richardson went 3-4 with two doubles, two RBI’s and had a clutch walk-off hit to get the victory.  Woods was named player of the game.

Rice

In Game 1 from Rice, Marucci Elite Texas 16U Thistlethwaite defeated Play Like a Pro Bulldogs, 8-2.  Marucci’s Brice Montemayor went 3-4 with a double and two runs scored.  Montemayor was named player of the game.

In Game 2 from Rice, Dynasty Baseball 16U Blue defeated Dallas Tigers Bankston, 6-4.  Peyton Rusk went 1-3 with a triple, two RBI’s, and a run scored for Dynasty Baseball.  Rusk was named player of the game for his efforts.

Marucci Elite Texas 16U Thistlethwaite blanked Premier Baseball Futures Flores, 10-0, in Game 3 from Rice. Eric Benitez was dominant for Marucci as he throw a no-hitter. Benitez struck out five in five innings with the no hits. He walked just one batter on his way to player of the game. At the plate, Blake Mullen went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in. He scored once and was named hitter of the game.

SHSU

Dallas Patriots Brooks defeated Action Baseball Montgomery, 10-1, in Game 1 from SHSU.  On the mound for Dallas, Spencer Cochran threw five innings with four strikeouts and only allowed one run.  Spencer was named pitcher of the game.  His teammate Brooks Helmer went 1-1 with a double, three RBI’s, one run scored and was named player of the game

In Game 2 from SHSU, Hunter Pence Cunningam blanked Action Baseball 16 Ramos, 10-0. Jake Combs threw a complete game (6 innings) shutout and struck out nine. He gave up just two hits and was named player of the game. At the plate, Kaden Fikac went 2-3 with one triple, one RBI and two runs scored. He picked up hitter of the game. Also to note, HP’s Justin Flores went 1-2 with one triple, three runs batted in and three runs scored. Check out touching 91 MPH in the video below.

In Game 3 from SHSU, Phenom Texas defeated Texas Slam, 13-3. For Phenom, Rowan Arrant went 4-4 with two triples and one RBI on his way to player of the game. On the mound, Coby Langhord threw four innings and struck out five. He was named pitcher of the game. Also to note for Phenom, Parker Moye went 2-4 with three runs batted in while Luke Stine went 3-4 with one double, one home run and one RBI.

In Game 4 from SHSU, Houston Athletics 16U defeated Dallas Mustangs Kervin, 13-3.  Houston’s Ben Greer went 2-4 with a triple, one RBI, and two runs scored.  Greer was named player of the gameDavid Amaya (3-3 with two RBI’s) and Alexander Olivo (1-2 with a double and three RBI’s) were named hitters of the game.  

Texas Slam defeated Dallas Tigers Peterson, 10-6, in Game 5 from SHSUDavis Powell went 3-4 with a double and two RBI’s for Texas Slam.  He was named player of the gameAdam Holden (3-4 with a double) and Garden Emmons (2-3 with a double and two RBI’s) were both named hitters of the game.

In Game 1 from U of H, Premier Baseball Futures Nixon 17U defeated Border Bombers 16U Luna, 6-0.  Premier’s Spencer McFarland went 2-2 with two RBI’s and one run scored.  He was named player of the gameAaron Tucker pitched seven innings with six strikeouts and was named pitcher of the game.  Also to note, Christian Aleman went 2-2 with two runs scored for Premier Baseball.

Action Baseball 17 Garcia defeated San Antonio Kings 17U Benavidez, 5-1, in Game 4 from U of HJacob Flores went 2-3 with a home run, a single, and one RBI for Action Baseball.  Flores was named player of the gameJake Chapman went 3-3 with a triple, a single, one RBI and was named hitter of the game.  On the mound, Jack Driskell pitched five innings with three strikeouts.  He did not allow an earned run and was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 from Premier 3, South Texas Sliders defeated San Antonio Kings 17U Benavidez, 4-1.  Player of the game was Ryan Redding for South Texas.  Redding went 2-2 with a triple, a double, one RBI, and one walk.  On the mound, Cooper Strong pitched seven innings with seven strikeouts and only allowed one run.  He was named pitcher of the game.  

In Game 4 from Premier 4Premier Baseball Futures Mitchell defeated Amarillo Titans 2019, 16-6. Gary Moore went 2-4 with one triple and four runs batted in. He was named player of the game. Also to note, Josh Ruiz went 3-5 with one triple and two runs batted in.

Amarillo Titans Evans defeated Primetime Baseball 15U Black, 4-3, in Game 5 at Premier 3Jeb Jenkins went 2-3 with two runs scored for Amarillo.  Jenkins was named player of the game.  Also to note, Kade Adkins went 1-3 with one RBI, one run scored, and one walk.

Hardball 17U defeated Texas Twelve Black, 7-3, in Game 2 from Premier 6.  At the plate, Kameron Johnson went 1-3 with a triple and two RBI’s for Hardball.  Johnson was named player of the game.

In Game 3 at Premier 6, Houston Athletics 16U defeated Dallas Tigers Peterson, 15-0.  For Houston, Hayde Key pitched five hitless innings with eight strikeouts and was named player of the game.  At the plate, Alexander Olivo went 3-3 with two doubles, three RBI’s, and two runs scored.  Olivo was named hitter of the game.  Also to note, Ben Greer went 2-4 with a double and four RBI’s.

Dynasty Baseball 16U Blue defeated Play Like a Pro Bulldogs, 6-5, in Game 5 at Premier 6.  For Dynasty Baseball, Michael Storms went 2-3 with two doubles, two RBI’s, and two runs scored.  Storms was named player of the gameChris Sanchez pitched one hitless inning with one strikeout and was named pitcher of the game.  Also to note, Autry Johnson went 2-4 with a double and two RBI’s.

Premier 7

In Game 1 at Premier 7, Texas Stix 17U Black defeated Amarillo Titans 2018, 8-1.  On the mound, Grant Georges pitched five innings with seven strikeouts for Texas Stix.  Georges only allowed one earned run and was named player of the game.  Teammate, Tim Richmond went 1-4 with a triple and three RBI’s on his way to being named hitter of the game.   

Houston Athletics 17U Santiago defeated DBAT Self, 4-1, in Game 2 at Premier 7.  For Houston, Cole McMillian pitched five innings with four strikeouts and only allowed one earned run.  He was named player of the game.  His counterpart, Alan West pitched three innings with four strikeouts and zero earned runs. 

In Game 3 at Premier 7, Dallas Mustangs 16U Kervin defeated Texas Slam, 8-4.  Dallas’ Rece Stapp went 3-4 with a double, two singles, and four RBI’s on his way to being named player of the gameJustin Moore pitched two scoreless innings with three strikeouts and only allowed one hit.  Moore was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 2 from Rice, Dallas Tigers 15U Hernandez defeated Marucci Elite Texas 15U Biggers, 7-2.  On the mound, Zach Hagerud pitched 5.2 innings with six strikeouts and only allowed two earned runs.  He was named player of the gameRyan Feddersen went 2-4 with a double, one RBI and two runs scores on his way to being named hitter of the game.

In Game 3 from Rice, Houston Athletics 15U Gold defeated Frozen Ropes Thornton 15U, 7-3.  Houston’s Mason Brock went 2-3 with a double, two RBI’s and one run scored.  Brock was named player of the game.

Dallas Tigers Arias defeated Houston Athletics 15U Black, 19-6, in Game 2 from SHSU.  The offensive display for Dallas was led by Max Lucas (1-4 with a triple, three RBI’s, one run scored), Hudson Polk (2-3 with a double, three RBI’s, and one run scored), and Will Harbour (2-2 with three RBI’s and two runs scored) were named hitters of the game.  On the mound, Bradley Missel pitched two hitless innings with three strikeouts and was named pitcher of the game

In Game 4 from SHSU, Premier Baseball Futures Starling defeated NTX Dirtbags 15U, 9-3.  Jackson Ware went 2-2 with a triple (see below), three RBI’s, and one run scored.  Ware was named player of the game for his performance at the plate.  

In Game 5 from SHSU, Dallas Tigers Arias defeated Frozen Ropes Thornton, 5-1.  On the mound, Hunter Marshall pitched five innings with five strikeouts.  He only allowed one earned run and was named player of the game.  

U of H

In Game 1 from U of H, Dallas Mustangs Sharp defeated Prime Time 16U Black, 8-5.  For Dallas, Peyton Graham went 2-4 with a home run, three RBI’s and one run scored.  He was named player of the gameConnor Fremin went 2-2 with a double and two runs scored.  

Action Baseball 16 Jackson defeated Hardball 16U, 12-2, in Game 2 from U of H.  For Action Baseball, Ryan Fiala went 4-4 with two doubles, two singles, two RBI’s, and two runs scored.  Fiala was named player of the game.

Academy Select Sundevils 15U Sumbler defeated Clutch Athletics 15U, 7-1, in Game 3 from U of H.  For Academy Select, Campbell Sullivan pitched seven innings with five strikeouts and only allowed one earned run.  He also went 1-4 with one run scored and two stolen bases on his way to being named player of the game.     

In Game 4 from U of H, Marucci Elite Texas 15U Carroll defeated Performance Baseball 15U, 12-10.  Player of the game was Layne Roblyer for his performance at the plate.  Roblyer went 2-3 with a home run, a double, five RBI’s, two runs scored and a stolen base.

In Game 5 from U of H, Woodlands Premier 15U defeated Academy Select Sundevils 15U Sumbler, 6-1.  For Woodlands Premier, Cameron Caley pitched four innings with three strikeouts and only allowed one earned run.  Caley was named player of the game.  At the plate, Justin Harris went 2-3 with one RBI and was named hitter of the game.

In a SHSU Consolation Game from Premier 3, San Antonio Kings Benavidez 17U defeated Amarillo Titans 2018 Van Buren, 6-3.  San Antonio’s Jesse Benavidez went 2-2 with a double and three RBI’s.  He was named player of the game.  On the mound, Dylan Bright pitched five scoreless innings with five strikeouts and was named pitcher of the gameBrandon Jenkins (2-3 with one RBI and one run scored) and Hunter Nelson (2-2 with one RBI and a stolen base) had good games at the plate.

Game 2 from Premier 3 was a SHSU Consolation Game between Houston Athletics 17U Santiago and San Antonio Kings 17U Martinez.  The game ended in a 2-2 tie.  Houston’s Antonio Cantu went 3-3 with a double, one RBI and one walk.  Cantu was named player of the gameHunter Cheek pitched 2.1 scoreless innings with two strikeouts and was named pitcher of the game.  

In a SHSU Consolation Game from Premier 3, Hardball 17U defeated Hit King Baseball Academy, 7-2.  For Hardball, Peyton Sawyer went 3-3 with a home run, a double, four RBI’s and two runs scored.  Sawyer was named player of the game.

Premier 4

Performance Baseball 17U defeated Border Bombers Luna, 12-2, in a SHSU Consolation Game from Premier 4Landon Dorman went 1-3 with a home run with four RBI’s for Performance Baseball.  He was named player of the game.  Teammate, Nic Costas went 2-2 with a double (see below), a single, two runs scored, and was named hitter of the game.

Game 2 from Premier 4 was a SHSU Consolation Game between Action Baseball 17U Garcia and Texas Colt 45’s Baseball.  Action Baseball defeated Texas Colt 45’s, 10-0.  Jacob Flores went 2-3 a triple, a double and four RBI’s for Action Baseball.  Flores was named player of the game.  On the mound Jake Chapman pitched three innings with two strikeouts and only allowed three hits.  He also went 1-1 with a single and one RBI.

Premier 5

Lobos Baseball 17U defeated South Texas Sliders 17U Barrera, 15-1, in a SHSU Consolation Game.  This was Game 1 from Premier 5.  For Lobos Baseball, Dean Salazar led the offensive charge by going 2-3 with a home run, a double, three RBI’s, and two runs scored.  Salazar was named player of the game.

Game 2 from Premier 5 was a SHSU Consolation Game between Marucci Elite Texas Lynch and PowerICE Prospects. Marucci Elite narrowly defeated PowerICE, 3-2. For Marucci, Joshua Blankenship went 1-2 with a game tying home run in the bottom of the 7th. He had one RBI, one run scored, and was named player of the game.  Teammmate, Calvin Whitaker went 1-1 with a home run and one RBI on his way to being named hitter of the game.  For PowerICE, Mason Lytle went 2-3 with a home run, one RBI, and two runs scored.

Premier 6

Action Baseball Montgomery defeated DBAT Self, 16-4, in a SHSU Consolation Game at Premier 6.  For Action Baseball, Austin Hewitt went 2-3 with a triple and three RBI’s while Carlos Contreras went 1-3 with a home run and three RBI’s.  Hewitt and Contreras were named players of the game.  

In a SHSU Consolation Game from Premier 6, Frozen Ropes 17U Ladd defeated Texas Twelve Black, 14-6.  Frozen Ropes’ Jared McClain went 2-2 with a home run and a one grand slam.  He had six RBI’s, two runs scored, and was named player of the game.

Rice

In Game 1 from Rice, Performance Baseball 15U defeated Premier Baseball Futures 15U Starling, 6-5.  Player of the game was Gage Goddard for Performance Baseball.  Goddard went 3-4 with a triple, a double, two RBI’s, and two runs scored.  Also to note, Caden Noah went 3-3 with one RBI while Christian McWilliams went 3-3 with one run scored and a stolen base.   

In a SHSU Semifinal Game from Rice, Texas Stix 17U Black defeated Dallas Patriots Brooks, 4-0.  For Texas Stix, Cole Johnson went 2-3 with two RBI’s and was named player of the game.

Game 3 from Rice was a SHSU Semifinal between Marucci Elite Texas 17U Dunn and Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon.  Marucci Elite defeated Premier Baseball, 11-3.  Richard Diaz went 1-4 with a home run (see below), two RBI’s, two runs scored and was named player of the gameAlec Carr went 2-4 with a triple, one RBI and one run scored.  Carr was named hitter of the game.

Marucci Elite Texas 17U Dunn defeated Texas Stix 17U Black, 9-5, in Game 4 from RiceGavin Machado went 3-4 with two doubles and one run scored on his way to being named player of the gameRichard Diaz (3-4 with a double, one RBI, and three runs scored) and Kyle Croft (2-4 with a double and three RBI’s) were both named hitters of the game.

SHSU

In a play-in game for a chance to advance to the Semifinals of the SHSU Tournament, Action Baseball 16U Jackson defeated Hunter Pence Cunningham, 8-4.  Sean Swain went 2-2 with a double and two RBI’s for Action Baseball.  Swain was named player of the game.  For Hunter Pence Cunningham, Jake Combs went 1-3 with a double and two RBI’s. 

In Game 2 from SHSU, Phenom 16U Harvey defeated Marucci Elite Texas Thistlethwaite, 10-5.  Grant Lake went 3-4 with a home run, a triple, three RBI’s, and two runs scored for Phenom.  He was named player of the game.  On the mound, Parker Moye pitched 5.1 innings with four strikeouts and was named pitcher of the gameParker Rowland (2-4 with a triple and three RBI’s) also had a good game at the plate for Phenom. 

Dallas Patriots Stout defeated Action Baseball 16U Jackson, 12-2, in Game 3 from SHSU.  Dallas’ Caden Carlson went 2-3 with a double, three RBI’s, and one run scored.  Carlson was named player of the game for his day at the plate.

Dallas Patriots Stout defeated Phenom 16U Harvey, 8-4, in Game 4 from SHSU.  Dallas’ Beau Wimpee was very impressive at the plate.  Wimpee went 3-3 with an inside-the-park home run (see below), three RBI’s, and one run scored.  He was named player of the game.  

U of H

In Game 1 from U of H, Dallas Tigers 15U Arias defeated Dallas Tigers 15U Hernandez, 9-0.  For Dallas Tigers Arias, Bradley Missel pitched 6.1 scoreless innings with six strikeouts and got the win for his team.  He only allowed four hits and was named player of the game.

In Game 2 from U of H, Dallas Tigers 15U Arias defeated Performance Baseball 15U Moran, 13-2.  Dominic Johnson went 2-2 with a home run, one triple, two RBI’s, and two runs scored for Dallas.  Johnson was named player of the game.
