SHSU

In Game 1 at SHSU, HP Baseball Cunningham defeated Performance Baseball 15U, 14-4. On the mound for HP Baseball Cunningham, Jake Combs threw six innings and struck out seven (see one of the strikeouts below). He also went 1-4 with an RBI double and picked up player of the game honors. HP’s Cole Payne went 3-4 with two RBI and two runs scored. Payne was the hitter of the game. Also to make of note, HP’s Justin Flores went 3-4 and scored twice. Performance Baseball’s Derrick McCellon and Connor Martin each went 1-3 with an RBI triple.

In Game 2 at SHSU, Clutch Athletics 2019 beat Houston Athletics 2019, 10-5. On the mound was Nathan Koch who threw six innings and struck out four batters for Clutch Althetics. He also went 2-3 at the plate with three runs batted in on his way to player of the game. For the Houston Athletics, Cooper Timmons went 2-2 with one walk. And Hayde Key went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and one walk.

The Columbia Angels 2018 White held off the Dallas Dodgers 16 Black, 4-3, in Game 3 at SHSU. Columbia’s Landon Sopchak went 2-3 with two doubles and one RBI. Dodgers’ Adam Morris went 1-2 with one double and one run batted in. Both players were named hitters of the game. Also to note, Dodgers’ Reid Valentine went 1-3 with one triple and Will Parker went 1-1 with one RBI, two stolen bases and some nice defense in the field.

It was a 12-1 victory for the Dallas Tigers Nutt over Columbia Angels 2019 in Game 4 at SHSU. Tigers’ Hunter Prescher went 2-3 with one RBI, one stolen base and two runs scored. Weston Symes went 1-for-2 with one run and an awesome diving play at second base. Bryce Osmond went 2-3 with one triple (see in second video below), two runs batted in, two runs scored, and one stolen base on his way to securing hitter of the game. On the mound, Brett Huff threw 4.1 scoreless innings striking out four on his way to pitcher of the game.

Behind the bat of Brenden Dixon, Dallas Tigers Hernandez defeated Frozen Ropes Florence, 13-0, in Game 5 at SHSU. The Tigers standout went 3-4 with one triple, one inside the park grand slam and seven runs batted in on his way to player of the game. His teammates Will Greenwood and Dillon Carter also had solid nights at the plate. Greenwood went 1-1 with one two-run double and three walks. He also scored three times. Greenwood went 3-4 with two runs scored. On the mound for the Tigers, Jake Cosner threw four one-hit innings and struck out six batters.

Premier 3

LBA Phillips defeated Columbia Angels 2018 White, 4-0, behind a dominant pitching performance by Brock Erculiani. The southpaw threw a complete game shutout with 10 strikeouts on his way to player of the game (see photo below). On offense, LBA Phillips’ Jace Piepkorn went 2-3 with one RBI and one run while teammate Adam Becker went 1-3 with one RBI. Piepkorn picked up hitter of the game.

In Game 2 at Premier 3, NTX Dirtbags 2018 handled LBA Phillips, 15-1. On the mound for the Dirtbags was Jacob James who threw five innings striking out seven while giving up four hits. He allowed one run on his way to pitcher of the game. The offense for the Dirtbags was led by Zack Gregory and Ryan Snyder. Gregory went 2-2 with one double, four RBI and two walks. Snyder went 2-3 with one triple and three runs batted in. Both were players were named hitters of the game.

In Game 3 at Premier 3, Columbia Angels 2018 beat Twelve Maroon 16U, 3-0, thanks to a very strong outing from Noah Huerta. The left-handed pitcher threw seven innings and struck out nine on his way to pitcher of the game. On offense, Chase Carlson of the Angels went 2-3 with one RBI and Gavin Machado went 1-2 with one run scored. Carlson was named hitter of the game.

Action Baseball 16U White shut out Houston Warriors, 5-0, in Game 4 and Premier 3. On the mound, Ty Preis threw five innings giving up three hits on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Brandon Butler went 1-2 with one triple and one run scored. Casey Minchey went 2-2 with two runs batted in and was named hitter of the game.

Premier 4

Dallas Dodgers 16 Black fell short to DBAT Herrick, 6-5, in Game 1 at Premier 4. The Dodgers took a 4-0 lead going into the 5th inning before DBAT Herrick got their offense going. Dodgers’ Anthony Villalobos went 3-4 with one triple, but his efforts weren’t enough. Still, Villalobos picked up hitter of the game. For DBAT Herrick, Cade Bell went 1-3 with a two-run single to left to win the game (see below). On the mound, Dalton Black threw four innings and struck out three. He allowed no runs on his way to pitcher of the game.

DBAT Herrick took care of business in Game 2 from Premier 4 with a 13-2 victory over the Houston Athletics. DBAT’s Cole Johnson went 1-2 with a two-run home run. His teammate Will Quillen went 2-2 with one double and two runs batted in. He also scored two runs in the contest. Both players were named hitters of the game.

In Game 3 at Premier 4, the NTX Dirtbags 2018 defeated the Houston Athletics, 7-3. For the Dirtbags, Jeff Forgey threw 4.2 innings and struck out three. Kyle Housman went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in. Devin Baur went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. Both members of the Dirtbags were named players of the game.

It was the Colson Geisler show as he led his Twelve Silver 16U to a 13-0 victory over Columbia Angels 2018 in Game 4 and Premier 4. Geisler went 2-3 with a two-run home run, one double, three runs batted in and three runs scored on his way to player of the game. His teammate Zach Brown went 2-3 as well with two runs scored and the Twelve pitching staff combined for a shutout.

Premier 5

In Game 1 at Premier 5, Dallas Tigers Nutt shut out Prime Time Baseball, 7-0, behind an efficient outing from Hunter Prescher. The starting pitcher went all seven innings striking out seven and only walking two. Prescher picked up pitcher of the game honors. On offense for Dallas Tigers Nutt, Blake Jackson went 1-2 with one HR and two RBI. He also scored one run on his way hitter of the game.

Twelve Maroon 16U defeated the Houston Warriors, 10-0, in Game 2 at Premier 5. On the mound for Twelve Maroon was Cole Gaskill who threw 4.2 innings and struck out three. He walked just one batter on his way to pitcher of the game. Standing out on offense was Dylan Golden who went 2-2 with one home run and three runs batted in. He also drew a walk on his way to hitter of the game.

In Game 3 at Premier 5, Mizuno Baseball USA defeated Columbia Angels 2017, 8-2. Mizuno’s Adam Houghtaling pitched six innings of strong baseball striking out eight and walking just one batter. He was named pitcher of the game for his performance. His teammate, Matt Stary, went 2-3 with one double, three RBI and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game.

Connor Fremin and Logan Green combined for some dominant pitching in PrimeTime Baseball Academy’s 5-2 victory over Performance Baseball 15U in Game 4 at Premier 5. Fremin went five innings and struck out three on his way to the ‘W’ while Green threw two perfect innings striking out two on his way to the save. Both players were named pitchers of the game.

Premier 6

Game 1 at Premier 6 was led by Ridge Rogers and Clayton Beeter who went a combined 5-7 with four RBI in their NTX Dirtbags‘ 11-10 victory over Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon. Rogers was 2-4 with a three-run home run (see below) while Beeter was 3-4 with a home run and one double. Both were named players of the game. Also to note, Elijah Strang hit a three-run home run for Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon in the defeat.

Rebels Nation won a close one at Premier 6 holding off Action Baseball 17U Green, 2-1, in Game 2. On the mound for Rebels Nation was Jerad Mack who dominated seven innings striking out 11 (see one of his strikeouts in the video below). He allowed just two hits and one earned run on his way to player of the game. That lone run came from the bat of Trestan Pool (Action Baseball) who hit a solo blast. He was 1-3 in the contest.

Game 3 at Premier 6 was a pitcher’s duel between NTX Dirtbag‘s Bandy Daniel Rebels Nation‘s Adrian Carroll. Daniel threw seven innings and struck out three while giving up three hits. Carroll threw six innings and allowed just two hits and one earned run. Both players were named pitchers of the game, but the Rebels bested the Dirtbags, 2-1.

Houston Athletics defeated HP Baseball Cunningham, 9-2, in Game 4 at Premier 6. Braden Norris picked up the win after throwing 5.1 innings and giving up two earned runs. Player of the game was Matthew Thompson of the Athletics. He went 3-3 with one double and one RBI.

Premier 7

Frozen Ropes Florence deafeated Columbia Angels 2019, 13-2, at Premier 7. Frozen Ropes’ Rhett Ghallagher went 2-3 with two runs scored and one RBI. For his performance, Ghallagher was named player of the game. Pitcher of the game was Frozen Ropes’ Isaiah Rhodes who threw 3.2 innings and struck out three. As a team, Frozen Ropes scored 10 runs with six runs in a big second inning.

In Game 2 at Premier 7, Twelve Silver 16U defeated Action Baseball 16U White, 10-3. Joseph Menefee dealt through three innings striking out seven and yielding one earned run. He was recognized as pitcher of the game. Menefee’s teammate, Will Shrab went 1-3 with three runs batted in while Austin Bertness went 2-3 with one double and two runs scored. Bertness picked up player of the game honors. And for Action Baseball, Jaylon Williams went 1-3 with one triple and one run scored.

In Game 1 at SHSU, the Houston Warriors defeated NTX Dirtbags 2018, 6-5, thanks to the strong play of Bryant Salgado. The righty came in during the middle of a close game to pitch 1.2 scoreless innings striking out two batters and picking up the eventual victory. Salgado also came up with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh to hit the game-winning RBI single. Salgado was named player of the game for his performance. His teammate Dylan Felt went 2-3 with one double and one run on his way to hitter of the game. Collin Graves went 1-2 with a three-run triple (see below) and one run scored. For the Dirtbags, Cole Rowlett went 2-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored.

It was a strong pitching performance by Seth Higdon as his LBA Phillips squad took care of business against Prime Time Baseball Academy, 8-2, in Game 2 at SHSU. The righty threw seven innings giving up two hits and striking out six. He allowed no earned runs on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Adam Becker drove a ball over the 330 sign in left field for a home run. Becker was 1-4 with four runs batted and named hitter of the game.

Twelve Maroon 16U defeated Action Baseball 16U White, 7-4, in Game 3 at SHSU. Action Baseball’s Josh Cameron went 2-3 with one run scored and Seth McAlister went 2-3 with one double and one run scored. For the winning team, Cole Gaskill went 2-3 with one double, two runs batted in and one run scored. Alex Nunn went 2-3 with three stolen bases and one run scored. Both Gaskill and Nunn were named players of the game.

Columbia Angels 2018‘s last-inning efforts were not enough as DBAT Herrick won on a walk-off single in the bottom of the 7th, 7-6, in Game 4 at SHSU. Preston Hunt stepped to the plate with a runner on third and delivered the base hit to win the game. His teammate Will Quillen went 2-4 with one double and two runs batted in. Both Quillen and Hunt were named hitters of the game. Colby Feris also went 2-2 with one RBI and one run scored. For the Angels, Chase Carlson went 2-4 with two runs batted in. Cody Cegielski went 1-4 with one triple, two runs scored and great defense at shortstop.

Dallas Tigers Watten brought the bats to Game 5 at SHSU as they won 11-7 over Twelve Silver 16U. Tigers’ Garret Hermes came up with a clutch three-run triple in the 5th inning (see below). Jaden Fowler went 1-3 wth one double and two runs batted in. And Tommy D’alise went 2-3 with one run scored for his squad. For Twelve Silver, Carson Rollins went 2-3 with one double, two runs batted in and one run scored. And Joseph Menefee went 2-2 with one triple, one RBI and one run scored. Ultimately, Hermes and Rollins were named players of the game for their key play.

Premier 3

Columbia Angels 2019 held off Clutch Athletics 2019, 5-2, in Game 1 at Premier 3. Pitcher Jake Arthur went all seven innings striking out four batters and giving up five hits and two earned runs. Arthur was named pitcher of the game. On offense, Daniel Luna went 2-3 with two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game.

Twelve Silver 16U knocked off Houston Athletics 2018, 3-0, in Game 2 at Premier 3. Joseph Menefee went 2-3 with one double and one home run on his way to hitter of the game. Check out his double in the video embedded below. Pitcher of the game was Carson Rollins who went five strong innings striking out three and allowing no runs.

It was a hit parade as Dallas Dodgers 16 Black defeated NTX Dirtbags 2018, 12-9, in Game 3 at Premier 3. For the Dirtbags, Zack Gregory went 2-3 with one triple and two runs scored. Drew Pollum went 3-4 with one run scored. And Ethan Smith went 3-3 with one RBI and one run scored. For the Dodgers, Anthony Villalobos went 2-3 with one double, one triple, two runs batted in, and two runs scored. Carson Carte went 3-4 with three runs scored. And Reid Valentine topped them all going 4-4 with one double, two runs batted in and two runs scored on his way to player of the game.

Dallas Dodgers 16 Black defeated LBA Phillips, 5-2, in Game 4 from Premier 3. Dameon Inocncio threw all seven innings and struck out three on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Ethan Ward went 1-2 with one double and three runs batted in. Gabe Dato went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. Both Ward and Dato were named hitters of the game.

Texas Prospects held off Premier Baseball 17U Nixon, 5-2, in Game 5 at Premier 3. Bradley Rippy had a great performance on the mound as he gave up just two hits in 5.2 innings and struck out two batters on his way to pitcher of the game. Seth Hudgins went 2-4 with two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game. Behind the plate for Team Rawlings, catcher Lakon Pryor was tough to advance on as he threw out two runners.

Premier 4

In Game 1 at Premier 4, DBAT Tompkins defeated Wilkinson Academy Cardinals, 11-1. Justin Marino hit a blast to left-center field in the fourth and finished his day 2-3 with three runs batted in and two runs scored. Marino was named hitter of the game. On the mound, Brett Lundy struck out four batters in four innings on his way to pitcher of the game.

Pro Source Athletics held off Columbia Angels 2017 by a score of 1-0 in Game 2 at Premier 4. Pro Source’s Jacob Nesbit went 2-3 with one double and one RBI on his way to hitter of the game. Starting pitcher Christian Rawlings went four innings striking out three and allowing just one hit. Columbia Angels’ Rylan Kaufman threw six innings and struck out nine while giving up four hits and one earned run. Although he didn’t pick up the win, Kaufman was named pitcher of the game.

In Game 3 at Premier 4, Columbia Angels 2018 White defeated Houston Warriors, 8-4. Christian Doxakis threw three strong innings without surrendering a run on his way to pitcher of the game. Bryce Montemayor went 1-3 with one home run and two runs batted in on his way to pitcher of the game.

DBAT Robertson defeated Dallas Tigers Woods, 8-4, in Game 4 from Premier 4. Jimmy Glowenke went 2-2 with two doubles, two runs batted in and two runs scored on his way to player of the game. Morgan McCloud three threw innings of one-hit baseball and allowed no runs on his way to pitcher of the game.

Academy Select Sun Devils just held off Mizuno Baseball USA, 6-4, in Game 5 at Premier 4. Sun Devils’ Brett Cain went 2-3 with one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. Lance Russell threw 2.1 no-hit innings and struck out two on his way to pitcher of the game. Tristen Lutz also hit a solo shot in the contest.

Premier 5

Dallas Tigers Hernandez defeated Houston Athletics 2019, 10-0, in Game 1 at Premier 5. Tigers pitcher Jacob Meador threw three innings and struck out four batters on his way to pitcher of the game. Jaden Woodson went 1-1 with a home run, one sac-fly. He collected three runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game.

DBAT Gowins knocked off Dallas Tigers Hernandez, 7-1, in Game 2 at Premier 5.  Player of the game was Bobby Witt Jr. who went 1-1 with one double, one sac fly, and two runs scored. Pitcher of the game was Jakob Berger who threw five innings striking out five with only one walk.

Game 3 at Premier 5 between Hunter Pence Baseball Cunningham and Frozen Ropes Florence ended in a 2-2 tie. Player of the game was Justin Flores who three five innings and struck out four. He also was 1-2 at the plate with one double.

In Game 4 at Premier 5, Texas Prospects beat Action Baseball 17U Green, 12-2. Hitter of the game was Logan Durrett who went 2-3 with three runs batted in and two runs scored. Pitcher of the game was Chandler Reece who threw six innings and struck out five.

On the shoulders of Andrew Rangel and Carson Bradley, Dallas Dodgers 17 Black defeated Action Baseball 17U Green, 5-3, in Game 5 at Premier 6. Rangel went 3-3 with two runs batted in and one stolen base. Rangel was named hitter of the game. Carson Bradley threw 3.2 innings and struck out three on his way to pitcher of the game.

Premier 6

Twelve Maroon 16U took care of business in their 6-0 victory over HP Baseball Danielson in Game 1 at Premier 6. On the mound for Twelve was Hunter Mayo who threw 6.1 solid innings and struck out two. He gave up just two hits on his way to pitcher of the game. On offense for Twelve Maroon, Dylan Golden went 2-3 with two doubles and three runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game.

HP Baseball Danielson shut out Columbia Angels 2018, 5-0, in Game 2 at Premier 6. HP’s Evan Godwin went all seven innings striking out eight and only giving up three hits (see one of his strikeouts below). Godwin was named pitcher of the game. At the dish, Bo Willis went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and one run scored. He picked up hitter of the game for his strong performance.

DBAT Robertson knocked off Academy Select Sun Devils, 6-4, in Game 3 at Premier 6. Skyler Shepherd went 1-3 with a solo home run. Braxton Fulford went 2-2 with one double, one walk and one run scored. Fulford picked up player of the game. On the mound, Tyler Navarro threw five innings striking out three while allowing one earned run. He was named pitcher of the game.

NTX Dirtbags 2017 took care of business defeating THZ Academy, 10-2, in Game 4 from Premier 6. Chris Delgado went 2-4 with three runs batted in on his way to player of the game. Reed Osborn threw six innings striking out just as many (6) and allowing just two hits on his way to pitcher of the game.

Dallas Tigers Nutt defeated Clutch Athletics 2019, 17-4, in Game 5 from Premier 6. Jaden Bray went 2-2 with one RBI and one run scored. Michael DiFiore went 1-3 with a triple, one RBI and one run scored. Hunter Prescher bested his teammates as he went 2-3 with one triple, three runs batted in and three runs scored on his way to player of the game. On the mound, Nick Vernaras threw four innings and struck out five on his way to pitcher of the game.

Premier 7

DBAT Gowins defeated Performance Baseball 15U by a score of 13-5 in Game 1 at Premier 7. DBAT’s Julian Colombo went 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in. He was named player of the game for his performance. Pitcher of the game was Austin Wallace who struck out six in three innings. Also to make of note, DBAT’s Jakob Berger went 2-3 with three runs batted in.

Dallas Tigers Nutt held off HP Baseball Cunningham, 8-4, in Game 2 at Premier 7. The winning pitcher was Jaden Bray who went all seven innings striking out five. He gave up three earned runs on his way to pitcher of the game. Michael DiFiore went 2-4 at the plate with three runs batted in. He was named hitter of the game.

Game 3 at Premier 7 was a shootout between Dallas Dodgers 17 Black and HP Baseball Allen and the contest ended in a 10-10 tie. Players of the game were Carsons Hawks and Zachary Lee. Hawks of the Dodgers went 2-3 with one home run (see below). Lee of HP Baseball went 3-4 with one double, one triple and two runs batted in. HP Baseball was down big, but thanks to clutch hitting by Lee, he was able to captain his team to the comeback tie.

DBAT Robertson ran away with it in their 10-2 victory over Pro Source Athletics in Game 1 at SHSU. Jack Schuler went 1-2 with a solo shot over the left field wall in the top of the 6th. Noah Sifrit went 2-4 with one RBI and one run scored. Brayden Merritt went 3-5 with one triple, one double, three runs batted in, and one run scored. He also gunned down a runner from right field (see below). Merritt was named player of the game. On the mound, Luke Scaggs threw 2.2 no-hit innings and picked up the ‘W’ in relief. Sticking out for Pro Source was Jacob Nesbit who went 2-3 with one triple and one RBI.

Thanks to a nine-run second inning, DBAT Tompkins defeated Action Baseball 17U Green, 9-2, in Game 2 at SHSU. At the plate, Justin Marino went 2-4 with two runs batted in and one run score. Kyle Landers went 2-3 with one triple, one double, two runs batted in, and two runs scored. Mitchell Peaden went 2-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored. Both Landers and Peaden were named hitters of the game. For Action, Collin Docker went 2-3 with one RBI.

Wilkinson Academy Cardinals scored five runs in the first inning but couldn’t get anything else going as they fell to NTX Dirtbags 2017, 6-5, in Game 3 at SHSU. Cameron Wachsman went 2-3 with one RBI and one run scored and Dylan Leach went 2-3 with one triple (watch in the first video below) and three runs batted in for the Cardinals. Isaia Diermier went 3-3 with one RBI and one run scored. All three players were named hitters of the game. Wilkinson’s Noah Thompson also had a nice diving catch in this game which you can watch in the second video below.

HP Baseball Allen defeated Texas Prospects, 10-5, in Game 4 from SHSU. Prospects’ Mason House went 3-4 with one triple, two runs batted in, one stolen base, and two runs scored. HP’s Cole Rasbury went 2-3 with one double, three runs batted in, one stolen base and two runs scored. Both were named hitters of the game. Adding on, Prospects’ Seth Hudgins went 1-3 with one double, one stolen base and one runs scored. HP’s Scooter Adams went 1-4 with an RBI triple (see below). He also had one stolen base and one run scored.

Premier Basball Futures 17U Nixon held off THZ Academy, 5-3, in Game 5 at SHSU. Premier’s Kyle McShaffry went 2-3 with one triple, one RBI and one run scored. Ryan Rusinovich went 2-3 with one RBI as well. Both players were named hitters of the game. Also to note, right fielder Eli Strang made a nice catch which you can watch in the video embedded below.

Premier 3

In Game 1 at Premier 3, LBA Phillips shutout the Houston Warriors by a score of 6-0. At the plate, Edward Aguilar went 1-3 with one double and three runs batted in. Jake Aldape went 2-3 with one double and one RBI. Hunter Robertson also went 2-3. And Zach Tilton went 2-2 with one RBI and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. On the mound, Tyrin Pacheco had a no hitter through 5.2 innings. He ended up surrendering just one hit, but he went all seven inning striking out just as many (7) on his way to pitcher of the game.

Game 2 between Dallas Tigers Hernandez and Dallas Dodgers 16 Black ended in a 4-4 tie at Premier 3. For the Tigers, Cameron Constantine went 2-3 with one double. Carson Carte went 2-3 with two runs batted in and Brenden Dixon went 2-4 with two runs batted in. Dodgers’ Reid Valentine stayed hot as he followed up yesterday’s 4-4 performance by going 2-3 with one double and one run scored. Dixon, Carte and Valentine were all named players of the game.

Action Baseball 16U White scored four runs in the top of the 7th to beat Houston Athletics 2018, 8-7, in Game 3 at Premier 3. Brandon Butler went 1-3 with an RBI single in the 7th. Casey Minchey went 1-3 with the go-ahead RBI single in the 7th (see below). Both were named hitters of the game for their heroics.

Action Baseball 16U White knocked off HP Baseball Danielson, 6-4, in Game 4 at Premier 3. HP Baseball’s Bo Willis went 3-3 with one double, one RBI and one run scored. His teammate Logan Leax went 2-3 with one double and one run scored. Action’s Brandon Butler threw five innings striking out five and allowing one run on the way to the win. He was named pitcher of the game. His teammate Josh Cameron went 2-2 with two runs batted in and was named hitter of the game.

Prime Time Baseball Academy won a close one, 7-6, over Clutch Athletics 2019 in Game 5 at Premier 3. Clutch’s Ryan Davenport went 3-4 with one double and one run scored. Prime Time’s Logan Green went 2-3 with one double and two runs scored. He also came in relief to throw two innings striking out four and giving up just one hit. Green picked up player of the game while Davenport picked up hitter of the game. Also to note, Prime Time’s Landre Buzard went 2-2 with one run scored.

Premier 4

Dallas Tigers Hernandez defeated DBAT Herrick, 11-6, in Game 1 at Premier 4. For DBAT, Cade Bell got a hit in all three at bats going 3-3 with one double and three runs batted in. For the Tigers, Austin King went 3-4 with two doubles, three runs batted in and two runs scored on his way to player of the game. Pitcher of the game was Jacob Meador who threw two innings striking out five.

Twelve Silver 16U defeated DBAT Herrick, 10-1, in Game 2 at Premier 4. Austin Bertness went 1-3 with one double and three runs batted in on his way to player of the game. Zach Brown threw two innings and struck out five. He allowed just one hit on his way to pitcher of the game. Brown also went 1-3 at the plate with one double and one RBI. Following in his footsteps was Michael Scrab who went 1-3 with one double and one RBI. Their teammate Colson Geisler hit a three-run home run in the contest.

DBAT Gowins knocked off Dallas Tigers Watten, 11-4, in Game 3 at Premier 4. Izzy Lopez went 3-4 with one RBI and two runs scored on his way to player of the game. Caeden Trenkle through six innigns striking out four and was named pitcher of the game. Watch one of Trenkle’s strikeouts in the video embedded below. Tigers’ Jaden Fowler had an excellent game as well going 2-3 with one home run and two runs batted in. Logan Kohler went 2-2 with two runs batted in and two runs scored for DBAT.

Connar Denham came through in the clutch for Dallas Tigers Watten in their Game 4 victory (7-6) over Twelve Maroon 16U at Premier 4. The Tigers scored four runs in the bottom of the seventh to come from behind and defeat Twelve Maroon with Denham’s walk-off which you can check out in the video embedded below. Dylan Golden went 2-3 with one double, three runs batted in and one run scored on his way to player of the game. Garret Hermes came in relief to throw six innings surrendering two runs and two hits while striking out five. He picked up the victory on his way to pitcher of the game.

Wilkinson Academy Cardinals came away with the victory over Action Baseball 17U Green, 10-7, in Game 5 at Premier 4. Action’s Ryan Flores went 1-4 with a two-run blast. His teammate Jake Miller went 4-4 with one double, two runs batted in and two runs scored. Wilkinson’s Caden Marks went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and one run scored. Both Miller and Marks picked up player of the game honors. Also to note, Wilkinson’s Noah Thompson went 1-3 with two runs batted in and two runs scored.

Premier 5

Dallas Tigers Nutt held off Frozen Ropes Florence, 5-4, in Game 1 at Premier 5. Elijah McCormack started the game going five innings and striking out seven. On his way to the win, he sat at 86-88 MPH and picked up pitcher of the game. His teammate, Bryce Osmond, was named player of the game after he came in to get the save throwing two innings striking out five. Osmond was also 2-4 at the plate with two runs batted in and two runs scored. See his double in the video below:

DBAT Gowins shuout Frozen Ropes Florence, 8-0, in Game 2 at Premier 5. Bobby Witt Jr. was all over the place as he went 2-3 with one triple, one walk, two stolen bases, and two runs scored on his way to player of the game. Mason Roach dealt throwing six two-hit innings striking out 10 on his way to pitcher of the game. Also to note, Cade Cowen went 2-4 with one two-run double (watch his two hits in the video below).

Performance Baseball 15U took care of business against Houston Athletics 2019, 12-2, in Game 3 from Premier 5. Player of the game was Cole Thompson who went 2-3 with one double and four runs batted in. On the mound, Chris Garcia through five innings and struck out two while allowing two runs on his way to pitcher of the game. Also to note, Deuce Ervin reached base all four times going 2-2 with two runs scored. CJ McWilliams reached base three times and scored two runs. And Connor Martin went 2-3 with three runs batted in.

DBAT Tompkins defeated Dallas Dodgers 17 Black, 5-2, in Game 4 at Premier 5 behind the arm of Justin Lewis. The southpaw threw five no-hit innings striking out seven batters. Check him out in the tweet below. DBAT had a string of hitters who provided Lewis with some run support. Cameron Caldwell went 2-3 with one RBI, one stolen base and two runs scored. Dominic Grissom went 2-3 with one double and three runs batted in. And Kyle Landers went 2-4 with one double. Grissom was named hitter of the game.

In Game 5 at Premier 5, Action Baseball 17U White shutout South Texas Sliders 17 Orange, 3-0. Action’s Nick Mendivil and Colin Wyman were dominant on the mound in this nightcap. Mendivil threw four innings and struck out three without walking a single batter. Wyman threw the final three innings striking out four and not allowing a single hit. Both were named pitchers of the game. Also to note, Grant Miller reached base three times all on walks. He was able to swipe one bag and score two times. Ryan Bishop went 2-3 with one double and two runs batted in.

Premier 6

NTX Dirtbags 2017 defeated HP Baseball Allen, 8-5, in Game 1 at Premier 6. Clayton Beeter threw 2.1 innings and struck out one. He also went 2-4 with one RBI and was named hitter of the game.

Dallas Tigers Woods held off Columbia Angels 2017, 4-3, in Game 2 at Premier 6. Jacob Martinez picked up player of the game for his 1-2 performance with one double and one run scored. JJ Montengro threw four innings and struck out five. He gave up just two hits and one earned run on his way to pitcher of the game. Also to note, Canaan Smith went 1-3 with one double.

Academy Select Sun Devils defeated Dallas Tigers Woods, 7-3, in Game 3 at Premier 6. Jared Martin led the charge going 2-3 with a three-run blast while William Adair went 2-4 with one run scored. Both were named hitters of the game. Tristen Lutz went 1-3 with one double and two runs batted in. And Dylan Ditzenberger went 2-3 with two runs batted in.

Pro Source Athletics defeated Action Baseball 17U White, 7-4, in Game 4 at Premier 6. Hunter Bushnell threw six innings striking out two on his way to pitcher of the game. Player of the game was Campbell Schultz who went 3-3 with one double, one RBI and two runs scored. Mason Holt had a nice game as well going 2-4 with one double.

Game 5 at Premier 6 was a 12-4 victory for HP Baseball Cunningham over Columbia Angels 2019. On the mound for HP was Justin Barnes who took a line drive to the head, but continued to pitch. He ended up going four innings striking out two and giving up two hits and four runs. For his efforts, Barnes was named pitcher of the game. In relief, his teammate Tyler Thompson threw three innings allowing two hits and giving up no runs while striking out three. He was also 3-3 at the plate with one double, one walk and two runs batted in. Also on offense, HP’s Jake Combs went 3-3 with one home run and three runs batted in. Both Combs and Thompson were named hitters of the game.

Premier 7

Johnathan Thomas threw out a runner from center field and then tied the game with his bat in the next inning for Rebels Nation in their 5-3 victory over THZ Academy in Game 1 at Premier 7. The center fielder hit an absolute no doubter in the bottom of the fourth (see below) and his team would eventually rally around him. Going 1-3 in the game, Thomas was the hitter of the game. On the mound, lefty Art Galvan threw seven innings and struck out five on his way to pitcher of the game. Also to note, Daniel Zamora collected multiple hits going 2-3 for THZ.

Performance Baseball 15U pounded out the victory over Clutch Athletics 2019 in Game 2, 10-7, at Premier 7. Hitters of the game were Performance’s Cole Thompson and Clutch’s Carter Schmersahl. Thompson went 2-3 with two runs batted in. Schmersahl went 2-2 with two doubles, one RBI and one run scored. Just behind the two was Gunnar Capps of Performance who went 1-4 with a solo home run.

Columbia Angels 2018 White defeated NTX Dirtbags 2018, 12-5, in Game 3 at Premier 7. Sam Frank pitched four one-hit innings striking out three and was named pitcher of the game. Christian Doxakis went 3-3 and scored twice on his way to hitter of the game.

Premier 8

In Game 1 at Premier 8, Houston Athletics 2019 defeated Columbia Angels 2019, 13-3. On the mound for the A’s, Dillon Bobo threw three strong innings allowing one hit. He struck out one batter and gave up no runs on his way to pitcher of the game. At the plate, Matthew Thompson went 2-3 with one RBI. And David Amaya went 3-3 with two runs batted in and one run scored on his way to player of the game.

It was a heck of a 7th inning as Mizuno Baseball USA came back from 10 runs down to defeat South Texas Sliders 17 Orange, 13-12, in Game 2 at Premier 8. Sliders’ Jake Zatopek struck out seven batters in six innings while allowing just two runs and four hits (check out one of his strikeouts in the top video below). But when he came out, the comeback was on for Mizuno Baseball. And it was all led by Kellen Rogers, the player of the game, who hit two doubles in the seventh inning and came up with the walk-off two-run double to end it (see in second video below). Ty Cook hit two singles and had two runs batted in the contest. Austin Brown went 2-4 with one RBI and Javan Smitherman went 2-4 with one RBI as well. For the Sliders, Blake Thistlethwaite went 2-4 with two runs batted in.

Dallas Tigers Woods defeated Mizuno Baseball USA, 16-1, in Game 1 at SHSU. Dylan Ditzenberger went 2-3 with two runs batted in and two runs scored for the Tigers. Canaan Smith went 2-2 with one double, three runs batted in and two runs scored on his way to hitter of the game. Check out his double in the video embedded below. Player of the game was Jaxx Groshans who went 2-3 with two triples, four runs batted in and two runs scored. He also threw four innings and struck out three batters.

It was a team effort from Houston Athletics 2018 as they defeated HP Baseball Danielson, 1-0, in Game 2 at SHSU. Starting pitcher Cole McMillan went 2.1 innings striking out three without giving up a hit. Gabriel Gonzales came in and threw 2.2 innings striking out two and giving up just one hit. And Dylan Whitehurst came in for the last two innings to strike out one batter on his way to the save. Whitehurst was named pitcher of the game for his closing efforts. Helping out with the run support was Kolton Fowler who went 1-2 with one RBI and Drew Decker who went 1-1 with one double, two walks and one run scored. Decker was named hitter of the game. Also to note, HP Baseball’s Jacob DeLaCerda looked solid through five innings giving up just one run.

Down two runs in the top of the 7th, Rebels Nation came back to defeat Dallas Dodgers 17 Black, 4-3, in Game 3 at SHSU. Rebels Nation LHP Kolby Johnson started the game going six innings striking out four and allowing two earned runs. He eventually picked up the ‘W’ and made the game-ending catch in right field (watch in the video below). Johnson picked up player of the game. Kade Morris went 1-3 in the game with an RBI and run scored. He also came in to pitch in the bottom of the 7th to pick up the save. Brett Wagner went 2-2 with one RBI and one stolen base. Noah Trevino went 2-2 with one triple, one double, and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. For the Dodgers, Michael Vangundy went 2-2 with one double and one walk.

In Game 4 at SHSU, Columbia Angels 2017 held off Academy Select Sun Devils, 3-2. Columbia’s Joshua Lapierre threw five innings giving up just two hits and two earned runs on his way to the victory. Lapierre was named pitcher of the game. His teammate Michael Cooper went 2-3 with one RBI and one stolen base. He was named hitter of the game. Also to note, Sun Devils’ Hayden Houser went 1-1 with a triple and one RBI. Jared Martin went 1-1 with a solo home run.

Premier 3

In Game 1 at Premier 3, DBAT Robertson held off Columbia Angels 2017 by a score of 5-2. Columbia’s Andrew Rash went 2-3 with one double. For DBAT, Garrett Wright went 1-3 with one RBI and one run scored. Doger Gilliland went 1-2 with one double, one RBI and one run scored. Noah Snelling went 1-2 with one double and one RBI. Michael Cooper went 1-3 with one home run and two RBIs picking up hitter of the game. On the mound, Jake Pfeiffer threw seven innings striking out eight and was named pitcher of the game.

Dallas Tigers Watten defeated Columbia Angels 2018, 5-2, in Game 2 at Premier 3. On the mound for the Tigers was Tommy D’alise who threw four no-hit innings without walking a single batter. He struck out three on his way to pitcher of the game (check him out in slow motion below). On offense, Jaden Fowler went 1-3 with one home run and two runs batted in. Logan Layer went 3-4 with two runs batted in, one stolen base and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game.

In Game 4 at Premier 3, Columbia Angels 2018 White defeated Prime Time Baseball Academy, 11-1. Pitcher of the game was Bryce Shook who threw four innings striking out two. Hitter of the game was Bryce Montemayor who went 1-2 with one triple, two runs batted in and one run scored. Greyson Melton went 2-3 with two runs scored in the game.

Premier 4

Academy Select Sun Devils defeated Pro Source Athletics, 9-1, in Game 1 at Premier 4. Lance Russell went 2-4 with two runs scored. Daniel Cole went 3-3 with two doubles, one RBI and one run scored on his way to player of the game. Check out his RBI single in the video below. On the mound was Marcos Reyes who threw five innings and struck out two. He allowed one run on his way to pitcher of the game.

DBAT Roberston defeated Action Baseball 17U White, 11-1, in Game 2 at Premier 4. Doger Gilliland led the charge for D-BAT going 3-4 with three singles, two runs, and one run batted in. Gilliland was named the co-player of the game. D-BAT’s Josh Thurman, Chandler Kramer and Morgan McCloud combined to only allow three hits and one run in the contest. Action Baseball’s Marcos Castillo had a strong performance going 2-3 with one double and one run picking up the other co-player of the game.

Dallas Tigers Woods and Pro Source Athletics ended in a 3-3 tie in Game 3 at Premier 4. Tigers’ Ross Cadena went 3-3 with three singles and one run scored. Pro Source’s Mason Holt went 2-3 with one triple, two runs batted in and one run scored. Both Cadena and Holt picked up hitters of the game. Tigers’ Parker Bateman threw five innings striking out four. Pro Source’s Chase Hacker threw five innings striking out two.

In Game 4 at Premier 4, HP Baseball Danielson defeated Dallas Tigers Watten, 2-0. For Tigers, Juan Guterriez threw six innings striking out five giving up three hits and two runs. HP’s Garret Viet threw a complete game striking out one and giving up three hits on his way to the victory. Both were named pitchers of the game.

Premier 5

Rebels Nation took care of business against the Texas Prospects in Game 1 at Premier 5 by winning 12-2. Kade Morris went 2-3 with one double, two runs batted in, one stolen base, and one run scored. Kelly Johnson reached base three times and scored twice. Nash Neff went 1-2 with one RBI and one run scored. And Johnathon Thomas went 1-2 with one double (see below), two runs batted in and one run scored on his way to hitter of the game. Player of the game was Noah Trevino who threw six innings striking out four batters and giving up two runs. He was also 1-3 with one double and two runs batted in.

Mason Holt delivered a clutch walk-off hit as Pro Source Athletics defeated South Texas Sliders 17U Orange, 2-1, in Game 2 at Premier 5. Holt was the player of the game going 2-4 with one run batted and one stolen base. Pro Source scored their only other run courtesy of a solo home run from Chase Hacker. South Texas Sliders’ Jeremiah McCollum was the pitcher of the game throwing five scoreless innings and striking out four batters.

Aaron Clark went 2-2 with two runs batted in and one run scored to pick up hitter of the game. Connor Elliott threw four one-hit innings striking out four on his way to pitcher of the game.

Action Baseball 17U White defeated Premier Baseball Futures 17U Nixon, 5-3, in Game 4 at Premier 5. Cole Quintanilla threw three innings striking out seven on his way to pitcher of the game. Daniel Hernandez went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and one run scored on his way to player of the game.

Premier 6

Chase Berberich had a perfect game through 6.1 innings before giving up his first hit of of the game. Berberich still finished strong going all seven innings and striking out just as many (7) for the Dallas Dodgers 17 Black in their 6-0 win over THZ Academy in Game 1 at Premier 6. Needless to say, Berberich was named pitcher of the game. Helping him out with run support was Joseph Leal and Michael Spetter. Leal went 1-3 with one double and one run scored. Spetter went 1-3 with one double and two runs batted in on his way to hitter of the game.

DBAT Tompkins defeated Texas Prospects, 5-1, in Game 2 at Premier 6. DBAT’s Kannon Brown threw five innings striking out five and allowing two hits. He gave up no earned runs on his way to pitcher of the game. Hitter of the game was Dominic Grissom who went 2-3 with one RBI.

THZ Academy’sRyan Keesee was solid in his complete game victory over Wilkinson Academy Cardinals, 2-1, in Game 3 at Premier 6. The southpaw struck out 10 batters in his seven innings of work surrending just one run on seven hits on his way to pitcher of the game. His teammate Josh Hernadez helped him out going 2-2 with one double and two runs batted in. Hernandez was named player of the game.

HP Baseball Allen defeated Wilkinson Academy Cardinals, 8-1, in Game 4 at Premier 6 thanks to a strong pitching performance by Arian Tabibian. The lefty threw a complete game striking out five on his way to pitcher of the game. Player of the game was Cole Rasbury who went 3-4 with two runs batted in and one run scored. Also to note, Ben Hegedus went 1-2 with two runs scored.
