Academy Select 17U Hayes beat Texas Arsenal, 9-2, in Game 1 from Abilene HS. Anderson Acinger went 2-3 with two doubles, two runs batted in and one run scored. He was named player of the game. Pitcher of the game was Luke Douthitt. He threw 5.2 innings striking out four with five hits and two walks.

Prospect U Thomas beat MBA Carolina, 3-2, in Game 2 from Abilene HS. Gilbert Camarillo went 1-1 with one stolen base. He played excellent defense in this game earning himself player of the game.

Game 3 from Abilene HS ended in a 6-6 tie between Texas Arsenal and Thunder Academy Black. Joseph Dena was player of the game going 1-4 with one double and three runs batted in.

Abilene Cooper HS

In Game 1 from Abilene Cooper HS, Thunder Academy Black beat LBA Corpus Christi, 4-1. Ryan Espinoza was the pitcher of the game going five innings and striking out six. Player of the game was Brendan O’Brien who went 1-1 with one double.

In Game 3 from Abilene Cooper HS, SA Angels 2019 beat LBA Fortney, 10-9. Player of the game was Christian Nunez who went 2-2 with three runs batted in and two runs scored.

ACU

In Game 1 from ACU, MBA Navy beat SA Angels 2019, 9-3. Austin Price was the pitcher of the game going seven innings and striking out 10. He gave up six hits, three runs and walked two batters. Hitter of the game was Randall Blanscett of MBA. He went 2-3 with one double, one RBI and one run scored.

In Game 3 from Cisco College, D-BAT Elite Ausmus narrowly defeated SA Angels 2020, 9-8. Player of the game was Josh Hughes who went 3-3 with one double and one run batted in while scoring two times.

McMurry University

In Game 1 from McMurry University, Prospect U Thomas beat LBA Limon, 13-2. Jake Chapman went 2-4 with two triples, three runs batted in and two runs scored. He was named player of the game. Also to note, Gilbert Camarillo went 3-4 with two doubles and two runs batted in.

LBA Walker beat MBA Navy, 8-6, in Game 2 from McMurry University. Player of the game was Nathan Sullivan who went 1-1 with a double and two runs batted in to win the game. Hitter of the game was Maycin Smothermon who went 2-3 with a triple, one RBI and two runs scored.
